'Lovely holiday home for 4-5 people. The accommodation is just 5 minutes from the centre of Poreç by car. Here you will find everything, the centre but also the lovely Adriatic sea with its sun terraces. Nice trips can be made from the cottage to Pula, strolling through Rovinj, dolphin spotting from Vrsar. The house has the necessary conveniences, good beds etc. Lovely outside, in front of the cottage for breakfast and or dinner. For us, it was lovely!'

'We stayed here for a week with our two children, 8 and 11 years old and it really felt cozy and comfortable. The terrace was very inviting and you could easily spend a whole day just listening to the waves and watching the ships go by in the distance. The local fisherman were also interesting to watch. The town center is just beautiful with restaurants and bakeries right at the water and a 5 minute walk from the house. We loved the local beaches and it was a lot of fun to explore the town on...

'Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in deze vakantiewoning. Phil en Nicky zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. De woning is brandschoon en aan werkelijk alles is gedacht. Bij aankomst ligt er brood klaar en staat er jam en wijn in de koelkast. Een echte aanrader!'

'Heel fijn, mooi, schoon huis, alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Grote tuin met diverse leuke zitjes en overdekte buitenkeuken. Er stonden ook fietsen die we gratis mochten gebruiken. De woning ligt op een perfecte locatie; op de fiets in 10 min. bij het strand en in 30 min. langs het strand of 10 min. over de weg naar Rovinj. Vóór en tijdens het verblijf fijn contact met de verhuurder; zij reageert ook snel op vragen. Dus... zeker een aanrader!'

'Konden het huisje in eerste instantie niet vinden. Ligt namelijk in een kleine buurtschap wat meer wegheeft van een autokerkhof. Eenmaal in de tuin blij verrast met wat we aantroffen. Karakteristieke woning met voldoende leefruimte en grote tuin. Kook- en douchegelegenheid ietwat behelpen. Airco in woonkamer. Niet in de slaapkamers (onder het schuine dak), waardoor met 30 graden lekker zweten. Marija Bistrica is klein en niet veel te doen. Voor uitstapjes even rijden in het prachtige landschap....

'From beginning to end communication was excellent, the villa worked fabulously for our group dynamics. The out door kitchen was well stocked with all we needed and the welcome pack hit the mark too. The pool area was fantastic and was greatly appreciated after day trips out( weather didn’t go beneath34 degrees for the whole duration of our trip) The village had everything we needed, lovely restaurants, bars, boat hire and a supermarket. 'Lovely original cottage (2 bedrooms) and multiple studio apartments in the adjoining house on the extensive property made this the perfect location for our family of 6 (3 adults and 3 teens). The host was an excellent source of advice on how to navigate Plitvice, where to eat and with suggestions for other activities in the area he could help arrange. All in all, a great property in a great location, managed by a great couple. Highly recommend!'

'Wir haben knappe zwei Wochen in der schönen und sehr sauberen "Villa Ronanca" verbracht. Alles ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und wir haben uns alle vier sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Herzlichen Dank an Mirjana und Mladen, die sehr bemüht waren, uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in ihrem Feriendomozil zu bescheren.'
