'The staff on reception were lovely. Sadly the room stank of smoke and tops had not been cleaned. We tolerated the smell because we needed a nap after a lonj journey. I left my phone on the side charging and when I woke it was stuck to the top of the bedside cupboard. I put the light on and there were class rim marks and other stains that had now been cleaned.
