'We had a great several day stay at the Crowne Plaza! Its location is close to great shopping, restaurants, and the train station. The hotel was lovely, staff was pleasant and helpful. Well stay there again on our next visit to Leeds!'

'The staff were fabulous. We were put in a assisted access room. Which we did not request. Lamps did not work. Our aircon did not work unfortunately and so i had to request a fan at 3am as too hot to sleep. The maintenace team came to the room the morning after and could not fix the problem so we were moved to another room. The aircon in the new room worked, yet the tv did not. Again we had maintenance take a look and it was not fixed. At least we slept that evening. The rest of the stay was...
