'Visited DC and surrounding areas for a small get-together with friends. Perfect for the 3 of us, and keyless entry made it easy to go in and out, easy parking! Lots of good food around, easy driving distance to food centers like Mosaic, Annandale, Falls Church. Jonny was very responsive and helped answer all of our questions, and made sure our checkin and stay was smooth. '

'First and foremost, the space has some maintenance issues. The door to the patio does NOT lock, which is unacceptable. I notified the owner and they did nothing. The bedsheets in the loft smelled really bad. Half of the towels were stained or torn or both, to the point we had to wash them at 11pm (thank goodness for the washer/dryer) because we didn't even want to dry our hands on them. I also notified the owner and they said something incomprehensible about new towels being delivered, but they...

'It was a well kept property, clean, comfortable, quiet and easy to find in a nice neighborhood. Nice relaxing porch with a swing for coffee drinking in the morning.'

'Very clean place, brand new kitchen counters and decor. Great location right on Market Street, with a nice walk to Carroll Creek Park in the heart of Frederick. A nearby highlight for us (1-1/2 block walk) was Gravel & Grind, a combo shop where we rented bikes and got lunch and coffee!'

'The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night. We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore. One thing that was confusing is the check in—you need to fill out a form online with your personal details before check in. Upon arrival, press “Leasing Office” on the door pad to call the front desk to be let in. We arrived at night and were confused...
