'We loved staying at the fatumaru lodge!! Staff were so helpful booking tours/ taxis for us whenever we needed. The accommodation is so beautiful and clean, amazing views!! we loved using the stand up paddle boards, board games near the pool, sunscreen/ bug spray, it has everything you need and it’s in the perfect location (very central to shops/ restaurants yet private/ secluded). Definitely recommend and will be back!'

'Arranging airport transfers via Expedia’s messaging portal was a failure. Hotel quoted a price via the portal that I confirmed, but no one showed up at the airport. Had to pay much more for a taxi. Hotel staff didn’t have an explanation as to why the transfer wasn’t scheduled. At check in I requested a return transfer be scheduled on my departure day. 'Good resort, very clean, nice setting. Staff is lovely, their travel desk can be a bit pushy in offering only their tours (Pele island didn't exist because they didn't offer a tour to it for instance...).
Thing to improve is the breakfast. Pancakes, canned fruit, Vegemite and some very dry pastries and that was it. Anything else had to be paid for.'
