'We only stayed 3 nights but our stay was just perfect. Its a beautiful spot and only a short taxi trip to most places. It is getting renovated, but the essentials are still open- pool which most of the time we had to ourselves. Restaurant with beautiful views and great breakfast serve - the thursday chef buffet is definitely recommended. 'We had a great week, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always around to answer any question. Special shout out to William, it was always great to see him smiling and being so professional with us. Although there is still cyclone damage it was a great place to unwind for the week'

'The resort is absolutely beautiful with stunning water views on the bay, beautifully maintained tropical gardens, and cute tropical "fare" bungalows. You have the choice of swimming in the pristine sea or in the lovely swimming pool. The staff is so dedicated to helping you have the best stay and the manager is very helpful. We'll come back. '

'Love this place. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The manager gave us rides into town on a few occasions. Clown fish family and plenty of other fish just a couple metres off shore. This is our second time, and we will be back again for sure. 5 o’clock cocktails are a must. Take a water taxi, for a great way to get into town to avoid the pot holes on the roads.'

'Everything worked like clockwork. We left some of our luggage 1 week ahead of our stay as we were flying to other islands and there were restrictions on the amount of luggage. The Melanesian hotel allowed us to store our luggage until our arrival! That’s great customer service. The room was clean, large, and comfortable!'

'Ik heb een week in Poppy's gelogeerd, het was er prima. Dit resort ligt, zoals de naam al zegt, aan een lagune met een privéstrandje en wat strandbedjes en kajaks. Er zijn 3 zwembaden, maar op het familiebad na, stellen die niet zoveel voor, ze zijn echter wel schoon. Er zijn verschillende accommodatiekeuzes, van ruime gezinsappartementen aan het strand tot aan standaard kamer in een klein gebouw wat meer naar achteren. Ik verbleef in 1 van deze kamers, wat wel betekende dat het een pittige klim...

'Erg mooi hotel. Je slaapt in een huisje met een groot bed, fijne douche en een klein zwembad (bijna) voor de deur. Airco niet inbegrepen, wel bij te huren voor €10 per dag. Bij het hotel kun je een taxi met chauffeur huren voor een dag(deel) voor ongeveer €150. Wij waren met 4, dus een goede prijs. Let wel: bij alle bezienswaardigheden betaal je ‘entree’, dus uiteindelijk toch een duur grapje, maar zó de moeite waard!'

'The staff at Hideaway are just lovely- so friendly and helpful and so tolerant . We stayed in the spacious family bungalows. The glass bottom boat and snorkel tour are great for familiarising your family with life on the reef and then you can explore on your own later. Only suggestion to make would be to give all visitors including day visitors even a 5 minute talk about the Marine Sanctuary and how fragile life is on the reef. 'An incredible place for a relaxing vacation with top-notch service. With excellent snorkeling directly in front of the resort, as well as kayaks and a SUP for guests to use, there are many things to do. We loved the attentiveness of the staff and the excellent meals. The 4-course dinner every evening was so delicious and such a treat! We felt very well taken care of and would love to stay here again.'
