'I liked how peaceful and quiet it was. I could hear the ocean and the breeze was lovely. It was a little older but seemed updated and so was more roomie than the cookie cutter hotel rooms. There was a kitchen and couch and table and it was well furnished. Nice people too. You could walk to a few different restaurants. Including a wood fired pizza place on the oceans edge. 'The breakfast was pretty basic, but basically good enough. There were 4 kayaks, unfortunately 2 were missing storage covers so would likely fill with water. The glass bottom boat and snorkel tour are great for familiarising your family with life on the reef and then you can explore on your own later. 'Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...

'Erg mooi hotel. Je slaapt in een huisje met een groot bed, fijne douche en een klein zwembad (bijna) voor de deur. Airco niet inbegrepen, wel bij te huren voor €10 per dag. Bij het hotel kun je een taxi met chauffeur huren voor een dag(deel) voor ongeveer €150. Wij waren met 4, dus een goede prijs. Let wel: bij alle bezienswaardigheden betaal je ‘entree’, dus uiteindelijk toch een duur grapje, maar zó de moeite waard!'

'Love this place. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The manager gave us rides into town on a few occasions. Clown fish family and plenty of other fish just a couple metres off shore. Er zijn 3 zwembaden, maar op het familiebad na, stellen die niet zoveel voor, ze zijn echter wel schoon. Er zijn verschillende accommodatiekeuzes, van ruime gezinsappartementen aan het strand tot aan standaard kamer in een klein gebouw wat meer naar achteren. Ik verbleef in 1 van deze kamers, wat wel betekende dat het een pittige klim...
