'Super clean, quiet, and everything you need. It's a few blocks from a grocery so you can pick up food for dinner, right on the streetcar line (currently free to ride) which makes it easy to explore the downtown area, and a number of restaurants nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. There was even coffee and tea available. If you're on a long trip, you'll appreciate having a washer and dryer right in the apartment. We did have an issue with parking, which I'll mention to help...

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place is small but has everything needed for a pleasant experience. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has the necessary appliances with a good-size counter with stools. The living room has a work desk. The bathroom is small (not a lot of legroom in front of the toilet) but the shower is great and has plenty of room. We were welcomed by the hosts with some nice treats for both us and our dogs. 'Duplex suited our needs. Was unable to get any response from property owner prior to stay via the VRBO messaging. Once the email about arrival was received there was an email address for communication. Seemed mostly clean, somewhat dated decor and furniture was slightly different from posted pictures. 'This condo is beautiful. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed as far as bath and kitchen supplies. We were warned about the stairs, and honestly, they weren't a problem until the last day. I think we were just tired and 8 flights of stairs with luggage was a little much. Once the elevator is fixed, we will be back!'

'I went to KC for spring break with another teacher friend. We both felt the apartment was simply perfect for our needs. We are already looking at dates to go back. The street car access from the building is so very convenient. The gym in the building is spacious with modern equipment. Highly recommend!'
