'We had an amazing stay with family. The view of the water on one side and the bucolic field with horses on the other is an incredible combination. Just moments from Colonial Beach and a short drive to other nearby towns, this place was perfect for us. We’ll certainly be coming back the very next chance we get!'

'Overall it was a great experience. The house is huge, there are 2 living rooms, plenty of bathrooms for the amount of beds that are there. The views were amazing. There were a few things we didn’t have access too only because we stayed during the off season and one thing that we were told we would have access too but after we checked in we’re told it was under renovation; the bocce ball area. Overall a great stay. Not a lot to do in the area during off season but I could see it being an amazing...

Sadly it was a drizzly, dreary weekend but we had one nice day to go down to the beach and the kids enjoyed playing in the water. We loved the variety of porches to sit on and have different views and there was plenty of room for the kids to play indoors when it was raining. Overall a great experience. Thank you!'

'We had a small family reunion at Lazarus Point. The families came from north and south and met here. There was plenty of room for all of us. Awesome bedrooms and bathrooms. There was plenty of necessities to use in the home , which was very helpful since the stores are quite a distance away. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, crabbing, boating, use of the hot tub, bird watching and relaxing all around the greats decks, dock and yard. Thank you for helping us enjoy a fun family vacation!'

'I was looking for a nice, quiet, and relaxing, vacation. This property did not disappoint. The house was comfortable, cozy, well stocked, and so clean. The view is incredible. Just sitting outside watching the river was so "Zen". I had one of the most restful vacations ever. I was there for a little over two weeks and I would have stayed longer if I could have, Kim, the host, was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying at this beautiful property again.'

'The property is located in a small neighborhood right by the water. While there are houses fairly close it is quiet with beautiful views. The house is clean and has good appliances/wifi for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom with a big bathroom and living room. The screened in patio is good to avoid the mosquitos. One note is for those with mobility issues, the shower/bathtub has a high ledge with a thicker width to get in/out.'
