'Beautiful apartment with roof terrace. Best location , less than 1 minute from the beach and everything you need just around the corner. Came with a very nice Italian breakfast Big bonus daily at a restaurant around the corner . Everything was just perfect for us , the only thing there’s a bar right underneath pumping hard music sometimes till 3am . Was not a problem for us we have teens so we enjoyed the music and always went down for some drinks and good food. Would stay at the same place...

'I have to recommend this property in Manarola as a great base for exploring the Cinque Terre. The staff were very helpful and the rooms well appointed. Only thing you need to be aware of is that you will get a good cardio workout going to/ from the village as it’s near the top and there are a few stairs to the room! '

'The First is a very nice small apartment complex in a lively area in La Spezia. The very nice host Andrea went out of his way to make our trip very great. We were given great Cinque Terre tips and suggestions for restaurants. The hotel is very clean and modern. The only thing I would change is a little more privacy by having the bathroom window closed. Bathrooms are best when they're private. Had a great experience overall! '

'Location and room nice. Need to consider installing a lift, it is difficult to drag my suitcase up and down three flights of steep stairs. Also give a person enough time to do the auto check in procedure, not 3 hours before check in while I am in transit on the train travelling to Cinque Terre.'
