'The communication with Viv went really smooth. The check in was with a lockbox so we could enter when we want. The room is small but well equipped with a small kitchen, double bed, tv and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The room was clean, but the bathroom wasn't that clean. There was hair in the shower from the previous guests and had an overall feel of not being cleaned well. This is in my eyes a negative point.
