'Stayed here for a week in Dec. and got to know this place well. The good: It’s in a quiet area and the bedroom is very dark, so easy to get a good sleep. Great shower, kitchen amenities, and a solid living area. The place was quite clean and spacious. The so-so: Instead of a duvet cover, the duvet was sandwiched between two top-sheets so it was difficult to keep it covered. In winter, the baseboard heating struggled to get above 20-21c. 'This accommodation, with its historic stone building right in the heart of the Old City, had exposed stone right in the rooms. Gorgeous! And yet the heating was perfect - not too cold or too warm. Even the wooden floor was warm to walk on! And all the furnishings gave a nod to the historic architecture yet came with all the modern comfort we wanted. The staff were lovely, and there was an excellent breakfast buffet included in the price, with both hot and cold foods, that saved us a ton of...

'Perfect location, charming rooms, the staff was very nice and helpful. The paid parking seems far away, but it's not so bad and worth it. Call in advance to reserve. I really appreciated the staff giving detailed instructions with printed pictures at the reception of the parking garage and of the box at the gate making it super easy for someone not familiar with the area. Finally. the breakfast had the best Chocolatines I've ever had!'
