We had a wonderful stay in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors and minimal traffic due to a single-entry layout with no through streets. The home was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The location was ideal, with plenty of shopping and great dining options nearby. We were in town to visit the Lexington Horse Museum and The Ark Encounter, and this home made the perfect base for our trip. House rules were simple and checkout was one of the easiest I have ever experienced with no long list of things to do before leaving. We parked our VW Touareg in the garage and drove our grandsons Jeep Wagoneer, parked on the driveway. There is also street parking. I contacted our host Jeremy with a couple of questions and he was quick to respond. Highly recommend this listing.

Comfortable Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable starter type of home located in a quiet neighborhood. The home was super clean and had new appliances and a nicely equipped kitchen. It was also nearby shopping and restaurants. Jeremy, the host, was also available if needed to answer any questions.

Communicating with Jeremy was very easy and he was prompt in responding to my questions. The house was excellent - very clean, nice, pretty, good lighting and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Overall the house suited all of our needs. Smooth and easy check-in and check out. I highly recommend it and would also stay here again.

It was the perfect house for 5. Clean, comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. My only two suggestions would be a new nonstick large fry pan (the one there was scratched up), and cleaning the back patio.

Had a little issue in the beginning but after getting it resolved we had an absolute great time. Back yard and patio could use a little TLC but the house was absolutely great, very clean.I loved the layout, furnishings all the space what can I say I just loved it all. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. If I ever have cause to stay in the Lexington area again I will definitely consider this property

Clean, Clean, Clean

This place was spotless, and it is the second time I stayed. The location works well for me. But it is a 10 minute drive into the center of Lexington. It is a very comfortable place and not overly decorated so there is no clutter to contend with. Appliances are new. Just wish there was a regular drip coffee pot instead of Keurig. The living room tv is tough to connect too and I ended up using HDMI cords. I couldn't Airplay or chrome cast with either my lap top or iPad. Internet is fast and overall this is very pleasant and happy place to stay.

The stay was comfortable for a group of five adults. We had a few sugar ants in the kitchen, but nothing serious enough if we kept the food cleaned up. Location was great and only 10-15min from everything we wanted to do. would definitely stay here again.

UK Tour

We were in Kentucky for a college tour and wanted to rent a house so we were comfortable and had enough space. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was in a great area, not far from the campus, and close to a shopping area where we were able to grab a few groceries. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be renting again if our daughter ends up at Kentucky.

Great place, perfect area, and easy access to everything in Lexington.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Lexington, KY! The property was exceptionally clean and situated in a perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The area felt safe and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the K-cup coffee and the many amenities provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. Although we encountered a small hiccup during check-in, it was promptly addressed, and we were able to settle in without any further issues. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this place again when we return for a visit. Highly recommend!

Home is very clean and comfortable and in a nice neighborhood, close to stores and Lexington downtown. Host has been a good communicator and very accommodating. Will use again when we come back to the area! Could have used more towels and flatware (only two spoons 😁)
