'We spent the weekend relaxing in the outdoors with family. We kayaked, had an outdoor fire and enjoyed the wildlife that floated or flew by.'

'Very nice property! Nicely renovated! Nice flat screens, fully loaded kitchen, deck, grill, smoker, and more. We spent more time at the camping event than at the cottage. The cottage took our glamping experience to another level!'

'We had a small family reunion at Lazarus Point. The families came from north and south and met here. There was plenty of room for all of us. Awesome bedrooms and bathrooms. There was plenty of necessities to use in the home , which was very helpful since the stores are quite a distance away. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, crabbing, boating, use of the hot tub, bird watching and relaxing all around the greats decks, dock and yard. Thank you for helping us enjoy a fun family vacation!'

'This cottage was everything the listing said and so much more. This was our first time to the area and our favorite thing about the entire trip was the cottage. Beautifully renovated, it had everything. We got a lot of rain and enjoyed sitting on the peaceful porch listening to the rain and the birds overlooking the creek. On Saturday the sun came out and the kids were able to fish, kayak, and roast marshmallows around the large fire pit. Inside, the cottage was full of entertainment. Arcade...

'Our second stay at this property and we enjoyed ourselves as much as the first time. House is very well appointed, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and nice furniture. We utilized the dock, fire pit and screened in porch every day of our stay. Good local restaurants, quick drive to wineries, breweries and other local attractions. We love The Roberts Rivah house.'

'This is a beautiful retreat with a backyard beach right on the Chesapeake and a creek/lake across the street that is perfect for kayaking! Go planning for complete relaxation because the wifi and cell reception are very spotty. It's a remote location with some nice parks nearby. The house is super cute and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay!'

She came across from her home to help us in, gave us a tour and was so welcoming. She had left us water and snacks in the frig as well as a welcome basket on the counter with a card. 'We had a wonderful time. My husband spent the days crabbing from the pier, my brother fishing from the pier. We all went out kayaking. Beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed a crazy night of ping pong, playing cards and online Jackbox games. Plenty of space and loved the large kitchen and bathroom for every bedroom. None of us wanted to leave.'

'Had a great week! Cottage is adorable, clean and cozy. Host very welcoming with treats and bowls for our dogs. House is a couple weeks from the beach and a beach parking pass is included. The beach is private and very relaxing. It was very hot that week that we visited abd tge AC was excellent. Lots of extras in the house - games, hand soaps and even ballth salts! Very enjoyable visit!'
