'The overall impression of the accommodation is very good. We stayed for four nights and had everything we needed. The pool is smaller than the picture suggests. Professional staff greeted us in the middle of the night when we arrived by car.'

'Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Voldoende zitruimte binnen en buiten. Mooie tuin. Zeer schoon en goede communicatie met eigenaar. Er loopt een drukke weg tussen strand en huis. Parkeren moet op enige afstand van het huis. Maar in en uit laden kan toch direct voor de ingang. Wel rekening houden met flink trappen lopen tussen weg en ingang. Zeer luxe en aangenaam huis. Goed verwarmd en prima faciliteiten.'

'The house is huge and in a beautiful location. Really recommend not to far from the city by car or taxi. Wifi is great the only thing is that there is little cell-phone reception. Didn't bother us.'

'We rented the house for 12 grownups.Downstairs it was allright for 8 people with 2 bathrooms.Although they are very small. But upstairs there was an other "bathroom"wich good not be used, so the 4 people who slept there had to use the downstair showers.There was also a gutter smell in the rooms. For the price ofthis house we payed, this is far to high. It was not luxerious at all.Nobody can help the weather, but we could not eat inside with cold weather.We mentioned every thing to Marta the...

'Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison familiale.La maison dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter des beaux jours avec la piscine pour se rafraîchir, et reste proche des principaux lieux à visiter (Hendaye, Biarritz, Bayonne, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Anglet).Nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour découvrir cette partie du Pays Basque.'

'Nous faisons beaucoup de Airbnb et de location de vacances quand il s’agit de se retrouver tous en famille avec mes frères et mes parents. De la vie de toutes les belles-sœurs, cette maison était de loin la meilleure. Des prestations parfaites les chambres et les salles de bain sont très confortables de l’espace à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur qui permettent de bien gérer le quotidien avec les caprices du temps du Pays basque. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous recommandons...

'Grande villa très agréable à vivre, très bien conçue pour recevoir 12 personnes, piscine très appréciée, proximité de la plage, barbecue et plancha super. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Jean Yves qui est un hôte très sympathique. Malheureusement manque d'entretien (appareils de sport sous l'abri rouillés donc inutilisables, beaucoup de moutons sous les lits des chambres, salles de bain et surtout douches pas très propres ...). par contre, pas de problème d'odeur. '

"Ik vond de verzorging en vooral de voorbereidingen van het ontbijtbuffet, erg slecht. Ontbijten vanaf 07.00u is prima. Alleen waren de tafels nog niet volledig opgedekt, erwaren nog geen borden. Daarna kregen we borden die nat waren en smoezelig. Niet gepoeleerd. Bij het buffet kleefde de plakken ham aan elkaar, omdat ze niet ontdooid waren. De boter leek wel steen, was ook te koud om te smeren. De gerechten met roerei waren helemaal niet aanwezig, de dekschalen waren wel warm maar hadden nog geen inhoud. En de helft van de toelichtingsbordjes stonden niet bij de gerechten. In ieder normaal hotel en zeker een hotel van deze klasse, staat het ontbijtbuffet geheel klaar. bij opening van de ontbijtruimt"
