'This hotel offers large rooms and a nice lobby. I liked the amenities but didn’t use them much because it was a busy weekend at the hotel. They have a sauna which is a nice touch and an outdoor hot tub. Some things are a little dated but overall it’s a great hotel and we enjoyed our experience. '

It was nice the Holiday Inn if I’m thinking of going back to San Antonio I will definitely stay there. PS coming back. American Airlines was great spirit airlines I will never take it again. It was terrible firm a scale 1 to 10 it was a zero American. Airlines was great again the hotel perfect'

'We ended up having to move hotels. It was a water leak and they told everybody never mind took their money back. They never did'

'Had to ask for raid roach spray roaches came out at night and with an infant in the room wasn't clean. Floor was dirty like it hasn't been mopped amenities were ok. Should provide more like shampoo forgot mine. Anyhow bar soap was given had enough towels and toilet paper. Water felt amazing in shower. TV didn't work but staff came quick to fix the issue Was a convenient stay for my weekend stay. Just need to clean more and spray for bugs. '

'Clean room, parking was good but calling at 11:01 saying check out is at 11 is crazy. Not even an 5 star hotel will do that. Understand check out is at 11 but when kids are involved it’s a little hard with timing. Mind you we left at 11:05. Other than making sure you leave at 11am sharp place wasn’t too bad especially by the hospital which we needed. '

'So I book a room for 1 night Feb 21 and 22 and I didn’t know abt the check in time I thought I can still check in on Feb 22 but when I arrived the front desk said “you have to check in AT 3pm” and now my family have to sleep on the car because we only need to sleep until 9am but they said they gonna charge me $70 for the room, $30 for I don’t know and $50 the deposit, so $150 in total just for 3 hours. I thought if I book for Feb 21 and Feb 22 and I can still check in on Feb 22. And also they...
