'Nice'

'Had a horrible experience at this hotel. My truck was broken into while parked 7 spots away from the main entrance to the hotel lobby. Worst part is there were many other vehicles that had gotten broken into that same night that were also parked in the hotel parking lot. My window was smashed and truck completely ransacked. I was later informed by the front desk, that they have a security guard who works overnight and is on a golf cart patrolling the lot. Come to find out from another employee...

'The stay was okay overall, but there were a few cleanliness issues that stood out. I found hair on the sink and on the toilet seat, which was disappointing. The shower could also use some improvement—the water never really got hot, more just warm. On the positive side, parking was easy and convenient. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this could be a much better stay.'

'Not clean and woke up with bites on my back'

'Clean room, parking was good but calling at 11:01 saying check out is at 11 is crazy. Not even an 5 star hotel will do that. Understand check out is at 11 but when kids are involved it’s a little hard with timing. Mind you we left at 11:05. Other than making sure you leave at 11am sharp place wasn’t too bad especially by the hospital which we needed. '

'Easy parking floors were dirty which made it an issue since I was traveling with 2 small children '

'Staff was very rude. Shady as they kept going in the room when I wasn’t there and I’m not just referring to housekeeping. No reason to be entering in the afternoon or evening.'

'The room smelled like pee there was a g string hangin in back of the door they charged me 70$ more when I got there because it was busy supposedly and I didn’t even stay there I left after a few hours it was the worse experience I ever had at a hotel 147$ it came out too never again will I go here '

'My reserved 2 - double bed rooms were given away to a basketball or so I was told. I was given 2 rooms with a king bed and sofa sleepers. The sofa beds had no bedding and the wafer thin mattresses were stained. I had to physically go down lobby to pick up 2 sets of bedding and make the beds myself because the front desk clerk said she was alone. Absolutely terrible stay this time. No comps or discounts offered by the hotel but Expedia credited me $50 for my troubles which I appreciate. '

'This hotel offers large rooms and a nice lobby. I liked the amenities but didn’t use them much because it was a busy weekend at the hotel. They have a sauna which is a nice touch and an outdoor hot tub. Some things are a little dated but overall it’s a great hotel and we enjoyed our experience. '
