'Room was okay. Bed was nice but sofa bed was unclean. Breakfast bar was extremely lacking. Initially pool was dirty but eventually cleaned. Not excited to return'

'The hotel was good. Only problems were I seen a roach, I got stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes. My bed sheets had black stuff on them, 1 towel had like blood stains. And we were only allowed 2 washcloths with 3 people in the room. The toilet didn’t flush all the way sometimes. And only meat served for breakfast was sausages. But other than that it was a good stay.'

'My family and I were put in a room with inoperable ac. When I advised the staff I was told the room has ac issues, yet it continues to be rented out. If this was not an issue the stay would have been great'

'Stayed on the first floor. When we arrived the room had a musty smell to it. On the second night water was coming into our room from the next room. Morning of departure they told us a pipe had broken in the next room. Room looked nothing compared to the pictures with the exception of the dining area.'
