'This was a great space to have while on Kauai. Close to so much, right across the street from the athletic club, whose pool was clutch with our 4 year old! We loved being on the ground floor to just walk right out on the grass. The AC was helpful just to shut out the noise of the roosters at 3am but other than that, it wasn’t needed it was nice and cool with fresh air flowing through. Jill was a wonderful host and we would certainly rent from her again! Mahalo Jill!'

'Accurate description of studio apartment. Pool on site and fun. Everything was working. Kept it clean without bugs. Kitchen stocked just enough to handle meals for 4. They had detergent , oil, and salt and pepper there for use. It was a king sized bed, couch, and they had a blow up mattress for use. On first search, I couldn't find bedding other than a thick comforter for the blow up bed, and I also couldn't find how to blow it up, so we just slept on the big bed and the couch. 'This is a real gem! The house is very spacious and decorated with lots and lots of great beach and surf items. Vintage books, prints etc for a really authentic feel. Everything you could possibly want or need is there, from kitchen appliances to beachgear. Contact with the host Victoria was very smooth and she made us feel very welcome wtih attentive details. The unit is conveniently located in the beginning of princeville with a great pool pretty much next to the unit. Would highly recommend...

'Lovely resort property. Parking close to our accommodation. Recent renovations were well executed. The kitchen was not cleaned upon our arrival. As a result there were ants on the counter attracted by the spilled sugar and on the floor. The cleaning staff really failed what would otherwise have been a great stay.'
