'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'Ouderwetse kamer in het 'nieuwe gedeelte'. Slecht bed, ouderwetse badkamer. Het hotel lijkt TOTAAL NIET op de foto's. Personeel is vriendelijk. Restaurant stelt niets voor, daar is het personeel slecht. De omgeving is niet bijzonder, ver weg. Het enige goede is dat er op loopafstand een Italiaans restaurant zit: Giuseppe. Ga daar heen!'

'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake! My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. Our room was spacious enough for our curious one year old and our 10 year old son. Wide variety of choices in their breakfast buffet and they even packed...

'I liked that it was small and more private. However the beach was not clean enough to swim. Water went out from time to time as well as the wifi. A lot of the furniture in my room was beat up and broken. It's a great place but it needs some work done.'

They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. 'gezellig hotel, prima prijs voor de geboden kwaliteit, fijn zwembad (lijkt veel groter op de foto's) vriendelijk personeel. Helaas ligt het hotel nogal afgelegen van Cebu stad of bezienswaardigheden op Mactan island. Zeer geschikt voor mensen die een romantisch hotel zoeken of tot rust willen komen. Elke taxirit begint met 100php nog voordat er een meter is gereden.'

'No hot water in their so called Spa villa and electricity shortcuts. Very loud and old AC. Bad food in the restaurant. Housekeeping came at 6pm. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Big construction around the hotel. Hotel manager was very apologizing and admitted their mistake in putting us in a villa that was not supposed to be rented.
