'We stayed at the hotel last week. Despite previous reviews, we experienced our stay as very pleasant, both the hotel and the surroundings met our expectations. The hotel is a great base for the Prudential Center and for NYC!'

'Overall good, large room, excellent bed'

'Nice to stay over before a cruise'

'My room was way more than what I reserved but fine for the 8 hours I needed. Bathroom was beautiful and everything was pretty well needed. My one comment would be to put the coffee machine on top of credenza as it was difficult to use as I had trouble getting the water in it.'

'Everything was great, staff ,rooms and close to airport . Only thing they could improve on is restaurant and bar , food was ordinary and service slow'

'Hotel was already know to us and knew hotel is old and not more than 3 Stars but close to the location we needed to be in Newark. We arrived midnight and got an upgrade which was highly appreciated. '

'They clean the room every 2 days, and it’s very near to the train, the noise is annoying.'

'Nice mana ease to use doors locks would recommend tuff neighbor but decently safe for being in Newark to meet it 100 …'

'Very Clean'

'It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.'

'I booked for two days but ended up only staying one day & instead of refunding me, they told me it was nothing they could do. I put insurance on the room because i knew it was a possibility that I wouldn’t use the extra day. They gave me a hard time and basically robbed me for a day i didn’t use. Don’t book this hotel. The rooms was barely cleaned and the hallways smelled of smoke even with no smoking signs posted.'
