Top locatie maar wel voor hoge prijs en niet heel schoon.

Het appartement was lekker ruim, top locatie met goede bedden. Voor de prijs hadden wij iets meer verwacht. Het was prima maar niet bijzonder.

I liked the apartment a lot. The place where the apartment was , is excellent. It is very big and comfortable but the shower didn’t work well. Besides we didn ‘t receive still water or something for the First hours( example , coffee, paper) It was very hot ínside because there wasn’t air conditioner

We loved location however a few things to note.-shower near rear leaked water.-a very very worn dirty throw rug was placed indoor entry. Throw it out.-kitchen was equipped with most necessities ( we didn’t use it) BUT some coffee filters would have helped to make coffee.

Check in was efficient. The information on how to access the apartment was passed on in good time by friendly text messages. The apartment itself was spacious and clean and the kitchen well equipped for our needs. The only issue was that only one window opened in the living room and the fans provided were either not strong enough or had dirty filters. This was relayed back to the owner who promised to rectify this on our departure. Otherwise, excellent location, clean and tidy, good water pressure in the showers and efficient and friendly service.

“Feels like home” was not welcoming

The host was unreasonable and very rude when we checked in. They even hung up on us while we begged them to send us the check in info because we’d traveled all day and needed to check in. Make sure to use WhatsApp and not the VRBO app to communicate or else you’ll be waiting to get in. By far our worst experience ever.

Good area of town to stay but located right on the trolley system!

This apartment has a great space for two couples. We chose this place because we were staying for a week and wanted some room and a washer/dryer. The kitchen has basic necessities. However, 2 glasses for four people. And very few spoons & forks. The washer & dryer has no directions and took hours and several tries to make it work. Both shower heads were broken when we arrived. We contacted the management company and they came the following day to put on new shower heads. To sleep you must have earplugs. But other than these items a good space and it was clean.

Great apartment and location - shame about the maintenance

Great apartment and location marred only by a lack of maintenance particularly in both bathrooms - with taps hanging off the wall in one and totally loose in the other. One shower could therefore not be used while the other could not be secured. The windows were opaque with dirt on the outside. Its a shame for otherwise this would be a 5 star property.

Emplacement idéal à Lisbonne

Vaste appartement situé en plein cœur de Lisbonne très pratique pour visiter le centre et les alentours car les transports ne manquent pas. La salle donne sur la rue du tram et est un peu bruyante, mais l'espace nuit donne sur l'arrière et c'est très calme. Quelques réparations ont été effectuées pendant notre séjour dès que nous avons signalé les dysfonctionnements. Tous les contacts se font par mail ou au téléphone sachant qu'il vaut mieux parler anglais. Nous n'avons vu personne. Notre appréciation sur l'appartement est moyen, accueil minimaliste, aucun produit dans les placards, même pas une dosette de café ou de thé à l'arrivée. Propreté des sols à revoir.

Great location!

The location is convenient but many of the amenities are lacking: the shower stall and shower head leaked, no hot water came out of the tap in the other bathroom, there was a soap pump in each bath with no soap, only one small bar of soap was provided in each bath, the freezer in the kitchen was completely frozen over, there were no tissues, living room rug and couch were quite stained, and mildew surrounded both showers. All of these are easy fixes and would make this property a real standout.

Great location - could be a great apartment with some tweaks.

Location is perfect, and the place has all the things a family of 4 would need, but could use an update/refresh and some better amenities. Beds aren’t bad, bedding is ok, pillows not so much, and very little extra bedding/blankets available. One bathroom shower hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. We ran out of toilet paper mid way through our week stay and had to buy our own (largely bc there were no paper towels or napkins, only one kitchen towel, and no extra towels for bathrooms). It also gets stuffy in bedrooms with windows closed (some street noise), so some fans would be nice (there was one in one of the bedrooms). Everything just feels a little run down. Some art and a fresh coat of paint to warm it up and make it feel cleaner, and some new and additional linens would go a long way for cheap. Overall though, bc we were there to explore for a new home in Lisbon, we were happy and content enough.

5 day trip withmy family

Great communication, I had the first whatsapp message before we had landed. Easy check in, apartment had 1 window stuck open, but that could be resolved shortly and communication over whatsapp was flawless. Bed were comfortable, apartment was quiet and spacious. We would book it again.

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and sites. Clean and comfortable. Relatively quiet at night despite being in the center of town. No A/C, which we knew when we rented, however no screens on windows, Lisbon has mosquitoes.

Fabulous location, very roomy, responsive hosts

The location was excellent. Two minutes from Praca Comercio and center of Baixa district. Also directly across the street from the #1 rated breakfast place in Lisbon, Dear Breakfast which had lines out the door from before it opened thru mid morning. The check-in is at a Welcome Center about an 8 minutetaxi ride away. We took a taxi which waited at the Welcome Center and then took us to the apartment. $34. An Uber would have been $10. Ubers are very cheap anywhere in the city, $5. If you looked you see that the apartment needs a paint job. The hosts were very responsive. Both shower heads were hanging-- replaced the next day. Sent online manual for washer dryer. Sent a top sheet so didn't need duvet since it was warm and there is no AC. There are fans. Sent a new small cutting board. Since lamp plugs did not reach outlets they sent 3 extension cords. The freezer was frozen with icicles and remained that way. Apartment is one flight up. Code to get in front door. They give only one key which can be left in apartment at end. 2nd key requires a $30 deposit and has to be returned to Welcome Center. Overall the apartment was great for two couples. It is close to the end of the block with a short steep hill up. Right on the #28 and 15 trolley line.

Great location and plenty of space

Overall was good but the check in process 15 min away from property is not ideal with luggage. Adds extra time, hassle and cost to trip. Check out east tho. Our coffee maker didn’t work and it took 4 days to get it replaced. Also the hot water in guest bathroom sink didn’t work. We reported it. I’m sure they have been told before but not sure. Nice apartment and location overall
