It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchenette.

This place and location were a perfect spot for a group of 3 friends. With being on the main strip, was not loud inside and the balcony was a perfect spot to just chill and people watch. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

My sister and I loved the location. We had nice views of the lical area. A lot of restaurants and things to do. Booked a 3 hour walking tour with Guru/time of your life Ask for Rita! To get a sense of the area. Our apartment was wonderful. Quiet and comfortable. Rodrigo was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect location!

Loved this place! It couldn’t have been a better location. Right in the middle of the action and close to everything. The apartment was on the 5th floor with a cute little balcony overlooking one of the main streets. It was small but worked great for the 4 of us. They had conversion plugs for our use which was nice. I would totally recommend this place.

Bel appartement moderne, bien situé, dans le centre historique de Lisbonne. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des magasins, terrasses et commodités. L'appartement est spacieux, bien éclairé et très propre et tous les équipements sont fonctionnels. L'acceuil de Ricardo était chaleureuse et ses explications très claires. Je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner.

Appartement idealement situé. Un peu bruyant le soir en raison des nombreuses animations dans la rue mais c'est le prix à payer pour être en plein centre. Etat de propreté très satisfaisant. Décoration sympa. Remise des clés très furtive. On ne nous propose même pas de faire un tour de l'appartement. Accueil express et peu chaleureux. Literie inconfortable. Sensibles du dos, passez votre chemin.

The apt was in a perfect location in the heart of the city. The place is small and although there were only 3 of us it was tight. No extra amenities are provided to be sure to bring soaps/shampoos and napkins/paper towels.

You can’t beat the location. Apartment is smaller than it appears in photos. Could have been cleaner. The mattresses need to be replaced or supplemented with mattress toppers. No one should be able to feel the mattress springs. That’s the sure sign of a cheap mattress.

Overall the stay was great. Location is great! Our Uber driver did drop us off on the street behind the entrance door (since the entrance is on a street not driveable) and did not tell us we had to walk around. The apartment was cute. Be aware that bathroom inside bedroom walls are made of clear glass. Not the best friends trip

Check in glitch but otherwise a GREAT place!

We loved this property. It had all we needed. It is in the PERFECT location. I love Rua Augusta, the street with the Arch on the waterside end. The only glitch was check in. We met the agent with no issue. He showed us everything and answered all our questions. Later that night, after it rained most of the day, we could not use the code to get in. The agent thought we weren't putting numbers in quickly enough....I travel a lot and wasn't too happy with this response. I called him and put in the numbers while he was on the phone with me. Nada. Fortunately, someone else from the building let us in. The next day one stayed inside while the other tried the code and it worked perfectly. It was an electrical glitch. I would prefer a backup option (like a KEY) in case this happened again. It was about 8P and we thought we could be out for the night. Setting that aside, it really is a property I can highly recommend. I also had a problem with my phone dying and the store right across from us charged it for me with a big smile. Great little souvenir store. Kind employees, too. Fifth time to Lisbon and I probably would rate this apt. the best I stayed in.
