PG Beach House - Luxe Front Sea View, gloednieuw familiehuis

PG Beach House is een luxe vakantiehuis. Met moderne en nieuwe faciliteiten (geopend in juni 2018), werd deze ruimte ontworpen voor families of groepen vrienden die dicht bij alles willen zijn, maar weg van het lawaai.
Gelegen tegenover het strand Praia Grande, kunt u genieten van een adembenemend uitzicht op de oceaan. Je kunt naar het strand lopen, het duurt vijf minuten. Als u liever thuis blijft, profiteer dan van ons verwarmde zwembad van 10 x 5 meter, waar u vrij kunt zwemmen of gewoon in de waterspiegel kunt genieten. Rond het zwembad kunt u zonnebaden op de snoopers of ontspannen met totale privacy.
Geniet van de planten in onze weelderige tuinen met eeuwenoude olijfbomen of maak plezier met de kinderen in de Giant Chess Playground.
Dit huis heeft 5 slaapkamers, 3 met uitzicht op zee en 2 met uitzicht op de Sintra-bergen.
Op verdieping 0 vindt u 2 slaapkamers, met airconditioning, met een toiletondersteuning die door hun architecturale barrièrevrije functies gemakkelijk geschikt is voor mensen met beperkte mobiliteit. Nog steeds op deze verdieping vindt u een grote woonkamer met Amerikaanse keuken (150m2) met uitzicht op de zee. Het terras voor de woonkamer heeft 250m2 en ernaast vindt u de volledig uitgeruste barbecue, beide met hetzelfde totale uitzicht op zee.
Op de 1e verdieping vindt u nog 3 slaapkamers met airconditioning, twee met een front uitzicht op zee en een met uitzicht op de Serra de Sintra. Elk van deze kamers heeft een eigen badkamer.
Het decor is uitgevoerd met de gedachte aan een verfijnde en ontspannen omgeving. De lakens en handdoeken zijn van de beste kwaliteit, alles om voor uw comfort te zorgen.

Een fijne gezinsvakantie

Ik had steeds een erg goed contact met eigenares Sofia die zeer behulpzaam was en snel op vragen antwoordde. Onthaal door Ketan was ook zeer professioneel. Indrukwekkend zeezicht, prachtige woning met grote kamers en gevulde koelkast bij aankomst! Erg fijn verwarmd zwembad, vooral voor kinderen. De douches worden vernieuwd na ons verblijf zodat de woning meer dan ooit een fantastische opportuniteit is.

Almost faultless in every way.Pool HP needs replacing, some new pillows and a new bread knife were the only minor points.Ketan was always there when you wanted and very helpful.Local beaches and restaurants were top notch.Sintra is magic!

PG Beach House is As good as it can get

We loved our stay at PG Beach house. This very large house accommodated my family of 5 and 2 guests perfectly. Very close to the beach and it was great to be able to come back to the beautiful pool when the beach got too hot. We didn’t need a car as everything was within walking distance or a short uber ride. We made it to a great restaurant called Azenhas do Mar which had amazing food, a beautfiul view of the sunset and a change of pace from the restaurants by the beach. The property manager Ketan was great to work with and told us everything we needed for a great vacation. He made sure everything was clean and that we had everything we needed to have a great long weekend. Great location, beautiful home and a property manager who made sure everything was perfect. This place is as good as it can get!!!!!

Comfortable, clean pool house

This was a clean, comfortable house. Check-in and out were seamless and host had a nice selection of foods waiting when we arrived, which was so nice! House was super comfortable - kitchen well appointed and couches super comfy. Pool was nicely heated, which was key because weather was pretty terrible for the first half of our stay. Only issue we had was that we picked this house because of its proximity to the beach. But, the house is a 20 minute walk (at least) to the nearest beach.

Wonderful Stay at PG Beach House!

We had an amazing stay at PG Beach House! The location is perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful Praia Grande beach. The house is spotless and stylish, with stunning ocean views from the living room and deck. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms made us feel right at home. The hosts were fantastic—responsive and welcoming, with great tips for local attractions. We loved the thoughtful touches like the welcome basket and beach gear. Perfect in every way

The photos don’t quite do it justice although they give a fairly good feel of what to expect. Very spacious and well equipped, super comfortable, and perfect for our family (7 adults and a baby). The pool was great as it has a shallow area along the whole length, and there was just so much outside space for everyone to relax and enjoy the break. Sofia was a wonderful host, very responsive, and Ketan the house manager was also great to deal with. Some beach towels and soap that were missing on arrival were very quickly brought to us by Sofia. The bbq area was great and the views of the ocean were just magnificent.

Amazing stay in Colares

Sofia’s home is absolutely perfect for a family vacation. The views are incredible and the heated pool was an absolute bonus. It’s a short walk to the beach, to town and to a number of different restaurants in varying price ranges. The house was clean and the house manager was fantastic and a great resource. We will definitely be back!

Amazing views and beautiful property

We are a group of 8 friends who stayed here to celebrate our 50th birthdays together. The property was extremely spacious so there was always somewhere to escape to of needed. Brilliantly equipped and super clean. We didn't have a hire car so the only downside was the 15 mins walk to the supermarket.

Weather poor but house very nice

Weather was terrible - this apparently is not unusual for the area during summer months - a bit like the fog of San Francisco. We went to other locations - about 30 minute drive to get sun. House was good with a few minor issues like no clothes dryer which is essential for a large group. Some lovely touches- soft towels and plenty of them, nice food and wine when we arrived, mid week cleaning , robes.

Family Vacation in Portugal

For our 40th anniversary, we planned an extravagant overseas trip with our two daughters and their young families. Kids 5,3,2 and 1. We have traveled together the last 5 years and this was the very best. The home was perfect. Large, simple design, spacious rooms, easy to maintain and the pool has a safety door for the house. Still easy to access but no stress. The beach access was close but we were happy to have a car for moving little ones. House had all amenities and extras. Plenty of towels, and cleaning supplies. The sunsets and pool decks were sublime. We were thrilled the town was not overdeveloped but access to great take away and supermarket were easy. This was a perfect trip and the owners helped us at every turn with transportation connections. Sintra palace was minutes away and a day trip into Lisbon / Cascais was fun too. Thank you for a memorable 10 days. Highly recommend!

Incredible beach week

Great house and pool ( heated!) The view was fabulous. The little beach town had great waves for surfing and enough restaurants to satisfy everyone’s tastes. Nice location to launch to Sinatra and other sites. Spectacular host and property manager - will definitely be back!
