duplex appartement herbouwd in 2012 en gevestigd in Lissabon, Alfama, in het historische gebied, typisch Portugese wijk in het hart van de fado.

Het appartement is gelegen in het centrum van Lissabon, Alfama met de mogelijkheid van een bezoek aan verschillende historische en religieuze monumenten van Lissabon, zonder dat het gebruik van de auto.

1 slaapkamer appartement met onafhankelijke toegang tot de buitenkant, grote ruimtes goed ingericht waar ze slapen 4 personen, bestaande uit 1 slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, 1 woonkamer / 1 slaapbank waar het comfortabel slaapt 2 personen, 1 leeskamer, 1 eetkamer, 1 Volledig ingerichte keuken, 1 badkamer uitgerust.

We zullen, indien mogelijk, beschikbaar zijn om excursies te maken naar stranden, Belem, Cascais en Sintra (weekends - zaterdag en zondag), om uw verblijf onvergetelijk te maken, inclusief toeristische brochures, toeristische kaarten, vermelding van Portugese gastronomie, etc.

Het is volgens de wet verplicht om toeristenbelasting van 2 euro per persoon / nacht te betalen tijdens de chek-in.

What a wonderful stay!!

We really can recommend this nice very clean and complete appartement for your stay in Lisbon! The owner Viktor and his wife Maria came to the airport to pick us up as it was in the weekend and brought us there. It is very suitable for a couple, 4 persons would be tight but even ok. The historic Alfama breaths the atmosphere of ancient times and you're in between its historic habitants! :) We were glad we had chosen this place to stay! And thanks to Viktor and Maria for their nice welcome and hospitality!!

Our hosts Maria and Barbara were very welcoming and the apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and centrally located in Alfama. When we had an issue with the hot water not lasting more than a few minutes, both of them came over and checked things out. They were dismayed that the water heater was malfunctioning and they couldn’t get it fixed before our stay ended. They offered to let us out of our stay and give us a full refund. We felt bad that it was out of their control. We ended up staying and they agreed to refund us 1 of the 3 nights.

If you’re looking for a stay in one of the oldest districts in Lisboa with an area of lots of character and charm, then this is the perfect place. While, a couple of minutes walk from the nearest road, there are plenty of excellent restaurants near by. As a plus, there is a small market a few doors down.The place is very clean and it would be perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Marie and Barbara were perfect hostesses and they promptly answered any question I might have. They even checked up on me to make sure I was okay when they heard about the terrible funicular accident.I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.

Immaculate comfy home with everything nearby

We had such a lovely time in this beautiful duplex tucked away in the heart of Alfama. It is central to everything and has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. It is immaculately clean, and well supplied for those who like to cook. It that’s not your thing there are many wonderful restaurants and cafes and bars nearby. Our hosts were very kind and accommodating. Oh, and the bedroom is like sleeping in heaven on a cloud. We loved our stay and hope to be back some day.

Apartment is clean and the hosts very friendly and accommodating. We found the unit quite dark With bathroom on main floor and bedroom on second floor, it can be annoying. Location is in the heart of Alfama area, walking distance to many attractions. You cannot get a car too close, and have to walk with your luggage up or down steep slopes and/ or stairs, so best to pack light. Overall, it is.a good apartment in a good location. Watch out for dog droppings. LolMaria and Barbara are great hosts.

Beautiful, fun experience

This home is lovely, very clean and beautifully updated. The location of this old city gave us a genuine Lisbon neighborhood experience. No cars are able to get to the front of the house so you will need to be able to carry luggage down stairs and walk up and down stairs to get around the neighborhood. Overall we had a great time and the host was helpful to meet us at the home for check in. We had everything we needed for our stay.

beautiful flat

this flat was exactly what we needed. It was in a great location and the host was excellent. She answered our questions and even gave us suggestions on where to eat. The only gripe that we had was that in the listing it says that there is parking available but the parking is a nightly paid lot at the bottom of the hill. The lot wasn't outrageously priced however that would have been good to know prior to arrival.

Everything was perfect. Everything we needed was provided. This place is top quality. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.
