'Although the host resides in tha U.S. he was very helpful via telephone. His caretaker bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful. A visit to Blarney Castle, the Jameson Whiskey Distillery and the Waterford Crystal Factory were the highlights of our stay. We would definitely stay there again. Dave and June'

'Windows were dirty and there were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The internet did not work in the two bedrooms on the bottom floor. It was hard to lock and unlock the front door. Other than that it was okay.'

'We enjoyed it very much, it was quiet and cosy. The seaside is wonderful and nice for longer walks, specially the cliff walk nearby. We wanted to cook a fish soup, there was no greater pot - that was the only thing.'

'This was a lovely place for us to stay for three nights. Clean and spacious for six adults. Within walking distance of Castlemartyr's Main Streets and several shops and pubs. The property manager was very sweet and even left us a cake to welcome us.'

'The house was beautiful, comfortable, and really well laid out. The internet/wifi was fast enough for streaming movies (just barely, but it was). We were grateful for the separate clothes washer and tumble dryer. Since we stayed for a month, Sarah included a weekly cleaning service, which was also very much appreciated. And of course, the nearby pub! We hope to stay here again in the future, and we recommend this home without hesitation.'

'We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. There are pubs but no customers, that we saw. Im assuming summertime is the busy season. The...

'The bungalow was immaculate with lots of skylights and windows. Very nice views of the garden thru the big back windows. Very short walk to Lismore’s Main Street, the castle and the river. All the comforts of home inside with tasteful decor. It was a perfect stay. I’ll be back!'

Super schoon en mooi huisje met vele extra’s
"Wij hebben enorm genoten van dit huisje. Het is niet groot, maar heeft alle voorzieningen en is super schoon (wat ik heel fijn vind). Vooral de kleine extra details vond ik leuk, overal was aan gedacht; shampoo, douchecel, maandverband, extra toiletpapier, theezakjes, doosjes ontbijtgranen. Wij voelden ons heel welkom hierdoor."
