'Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and service, lovely and comfortable spaces. Perfect location! Needs to improve WiFi (esp in top unit) and find a way to soundproof more. Not their fault, but a bar a few doors down pumps music until 3am. I imagine every lodging in the whole city is just as loud, so the City needs to find a way to deal with it.'

'Stayed in April 2026 with 2 girlfriends and absolutely loved the hotel and the location. The hotel was spotless and our room with 2 queens was plenty big for the 3 of us. Having coffee in the hallway on each floor was a nice touch. We spent many hours relaxing in and around the pool. Our only complaint, if anything, is that the beds and pillows were really firm. Would highly recommend Ximena and would definitely return!'
