'Absolutely beautiful and well managed facility . Staff were SO friendly ! My daughter and I were glad to be there in late April which is just off season cause it’s a big complex and would be way too crazy for my taste during season. Spent a lot of time at adult pool . Def go to Punta da Mita and Sayulita. Easy uber rides'

'El hotel es bonito, las instalaciones están limpias y la comida es rica, eso suma mucho a la experiencia. Sin embargo, hay varios detalles. La alberca de arriba se sentía con poco nivel de agua. En la habitación, la TV tenía el audio en mal estado y su ubicación no es la mejor, ya que está de lado. El punto más importante es el ruido: al estar en la parte alta, el sonido de la ciudad se mete directamente a las habitaciones. Las ventanas y puertas no sellan bien, por lo que se escucha la música...
