'Our stay was perfect from the minute we made our reservation the sad walk to the plane while leaving. The host was very responsive to any and all questions that we had prior to arriving and while we stayed. The place is absolutely beautiful and 100% as advertised. We wound up renting 2 cars, 2 jet skis(1 day), and 3 paddleboards through the host. We also had the host fully stock the house with food and beverages prior to our arrival. 'Legacy Beach Suites is an excellent place to stay. Firstly, the owner Mr. Mckenzie is extremely accommodating and friendly. I felt right at home immediately. The room was very clean, spacious and well designed. All of the necessary amenities for comfort were available. The icing on the cake was the breathtaking beach within walking distance and in clear view from the room. 'Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. '

'Our week’s stay at Jack’s Island House was amazing. There were 11 of us ranging from 9 to 73 (5 adults & 6 kids).Jack has thought of absolutely everything including things we didn’t expect. The kids throughly enjoyed the rope swing, the water trampoline & jumping off the dock.The kayaks & paddle boards were a hit with everyone. 'We had a wonderful stay in Exuma and we will be back. The property is as advertised. Stunning views of the water and islands/cays in the distance! Fantastic sunsets! Unfortunately for us, we had several days of rain. Having the kayaks and paddleboards were a boon. Husband and brother-in-law took them to the blue hole nearby. '
