Owners live onsite and are very responsive, helpful, friendly, and just plain nice! 'Great place. Kayak's available to use, beautiful dock across the street right on the flats. We did see a couple of turtles, a shark, and a sting ray right off the dock. Fina offered to let us use just about anything we needed. Check in and out was very easy. '
