'Enjoyed our stay with a last minute booking at Shamrock 21a! Our host was very quick and responsive to our questions, prior to booking, as well, as general questions we had about Snowshoe Resort while we were there. This unit is in a great location to The Village! And we were surprised to find the house had an old style arcade video game that my son and I had a lot of fun playing one night. Would stay here again!'

'The location was wonderful. When we arrived the bed looked very rumpled. When we pulled the bedspread back the sheets were not even completely on the mattress. The mattress was way too soft and very uncomfortable.The sheets were all wrinkled and we questioned if they had even been changed. The flooring in the kitchen had gaps in it. The shower faucet was coming off the wall. The towel rack in bathroom was coming off the wall. They gave you a tiny bar of soap that was barely enough for one...

'We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...

'This property is the ideal location & size, with all the amenities of home. Easy walk to the shuttle stop, Wildcat grocery store, and really could even walk to the village. The unit is update/renovated, clean, with plenty of towels and a well-stocked kitchen. Property management communicated well - very quickly and kindly! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!'
