'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'Great hotel and great access to the convention centre for conferences. The area does not feel the safest or greatest, so having the overpass tunnel between the hotel and meetings was a great bonus. I imagine this would also be appreciated in the winter months. Designated hotel parking spots are very limited so most visitors used other spots within the same lot. Staff very friendly and helpful.'

'I was not informed at check-in that breakfast was unavailable as the restaurant was closed. Since there was no one else checking in at the same time as me, the clerk had lots of time to mention it. There was a tiny sign on the door of the unlighted restaurant with that information but it was the responsibility of the clerk to tell me it was closed.He also said tha Expedia was not clear in defining a ground floor room. 'Nice hotel at a convenient location next to the highway exit. Immediate surroundings are nothing interesting. Swimming pool was nice for our morning swim sessions. In the room, i knocked my head multiple times in the shower point. '

'The Comfort Inn is great for those on a budget. The hotel was very clean, check in was easy. A $100 deposit was required but we got this back. We stayed on the upper floor as it was pet free. There is no elevator so you do have to use stairs to get to the second floor. The place is no smoking which we appreciated though some guests did not obey the distance rule and smoked next to their ground floor rooms. The breakfast was good and had the usual options of scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles with an...

'Paper thin walls, can hear people going and coming all night. Beds super uncomfortable not level so every movement made the bed thud on the floor. Floors were coming up in spots.'
