'The shower was backed up and not fixed over our 3 day, 2 night stay although reported to staff at the main desk. They put the report in the system but no one repaired it. The bathroom did not have hand soap but we did get some as we asked the housekeeper staff person ourselves. We did get a cursory mopping of the sticky bathroom floor. The balcony room was large and we enjoyed the boats. The common areas were clean and invitating on all floors we visited. The staff were nice just disappointed...

For example, some of the bed frame legs are completely broken and the mattress sinks down because of it. Coffee maker needed cleaning, and some of the curtains/blinds need to be replaced. 'The location of the property was excellent, and the facility was very clean stealth very helpful. What my complaint is we had trouble with the stool not flushing. The water in the bathtub was very very, very slow about draining all in all I would go back.'

'Hotel is located close to the beach (8 minute walk or a 2 minute drive) as well as other amenities. Very reasonably priced and rooms are very clean and beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also very good.'

'I like the rates, they were better than most. It was quiet at night. What I did not like was the fact that it was advertised that Internet was provided, this proved to be false. I went to Savannah for business and pleasure, the business aspect was slowed to a stand still. The person at the desk proved to be very unprofessional because her dangerous dog made it impossible to communicate with her. I will not be returning nor will I recommend. I left a day early to finish my business.'
