'We decided to specifically stay there for the first time because we wanted, firepit, lanai, food, alcohol and a room with a jetted tub!! This is hands down the best jetted tub around! We travel a lot and stay in rooms that only have tubs, lanai, and fire. The staff was sooooo friendly and very helpful. The room was huge and had everything you could want for fabulous comfy stay! We're already re planning a trip just for the hotel.'

'I got stuck in an FAA ground stop in Seattle. I was rebooked on a flight that was supposed to land in Oakland at 9 pm, then delayed to 11, then to 2 am. I called the hotel and explained, promising to be there ASAP. I landed at 4 am and went straight to the hotel, where a man behind the desk informed me my reservation was cancelled. I tried to explain but was interrupted and given a lecture about being on time. I asked if I could still get a room, I had been traveling 23 hours. He said yes but...
