'The breakfast was ok...no forks, which was pretty sad. How do you eat a waffle? There were cobwebs around the window in the living area and the furniture was pretty dinged up. Also the refrigerator had a lot of ice buildup. On the other hand, the lobby was very nice.'

'The room was very clean and the amenities were generous. The window blind allowed light to filter through at night, causing the room to stay bright throughout the night. The breakfast was sufficient. The coffee machines that brew on demand made delicious coffee but because there was no other way to get a cup of coffee, there was a line all the time. Perhaps a brewed pot of coffee in addition to the machines would have alleviated that problem. This was a very nice place to stay. Would do it...

'Stale donuts for breakfast, room was dirty, found a dead roach on top of the heat/AC unit, on top of all that they charged me $50 extra for my dog. That was not listed in the ad on the internet. All in all it was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid this place like the plague. This place should be shut down, no smoke alarm in my room and bare wires hanging 2 feet out of the wall from the AC unit. '

'Manager Eileen REFUSED TO CORRECT SAFETY THREATS - in-room smoking and attempted forced entry into my room by strangers. Manager Eileen chose to protect in-room smokers and these strangers to make it easy on herself. She forced me to leave early because I requested that the Woodspring Suites deliver SAFETY, the essential service for travelers, in addition to stopping in-room smoking - an advertised amenity. '

'The room did not look like the pictures. We had a leaking shower throughout our stay. Our bathroom floor was sticky upon arrival. My kids & I got stuck by the pool because even with the key card the door wouldn’t open. So we had to walk all the way around to the front entrance. The dog barking next door was just way too much.
