'Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this property. It is unsafe, in a bad neighborhood and it is impossible to get ahold of the property manager. They never call back. '

'My husband and I, both seniors, accompanied out adult daughter and her 9 y/o granddaughter to Ann Arbor. Our granddaughter spent several days at the UM gymnastics camp. Ann Arbor is easily accessible to the cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very clean. Anything you could need is there for you and your family. Our daughter and granddaughter enjoyed fishing off the dock -- lots of blue gills, bass, and catfish -- catch and release. Lots of fun! Our host was very easy to...

'We stayed here for 3 days while a family member was at University of Michigan hospital. It suited our needs. It was pet friendly so could bring our Maincoon cat along with us. The area felt safe. I would recommend. '

'Had to cancel the reservation and get an expensive hotel, was at the house on time and everything but wasn’t able to get in even though our reservation was booked correctly, host brother helped a lot but host didn’t plan well and had to cancel. '

'This was a horrible experience for my wife and friends. Neighbourhood is very scary!! Stairs to go up were not that save. Siding in building were falling off. Grass wasn’t cut, garbage dump trailer behind building, sheets on the front window. I would not recommend this house'
