The space
The cottage is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with just four properties. The beach really is just a few hundred yards away, and you can easily hear the sound of the waves as you relax in the garden.

To access the beach, it’s less than a 5-minute walk along the pavement towards town. We are extremely close to the Little Orme nature reserve and network of walking trails in the opposite direction.

The property itself features an upstairs and a downstairs. Downstairs, there’s a modern. kitchen, a living room, a dining area, and two bedrooms - including the master double bedroom. The second downstairs bedroom has two singles and an en suite.

Upstairs, we have two bedrooms. One bedroom has twin single beds. Please
note the second bedroom is quite small and only features a 3.6ft single bed.

There are three bathrooms in the house in total. There is a front garden and a large back garden - perfect for garden cricket or football if you still have energy after the beach!

Feel free to access and use my garden or the outdoor spaces.
Please keep in mind that the garden up-keeping and treatment is scheduled once every 2months.

Since we have greenery in our outdoor spaces, it's only natural to occasionally see small insects, etc. But please do not hesitate to reach out if this causes you inconvenience.


• Lost/forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
To finalize your booking, kindly select either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £35 non-refundable damage waiver (via STRLY).
