'It is a lovely apartment that met our needs. Beds were very comfortable and living room relaxing. Beautiful views from back of apartment. There are lovely walks for our dogs in the valley, it was only 15 minutes to the dog friendly end of the beach in Port Talbot. We had a great stay. '

'Lack of communication with the owner . Messaged me a month before saying he had to cancel because of access to the stairs then ten mins later said the booking was ok . The day before I was due to travel I had a message saying the property would not be ready until a day later than I had booked and paid for it ! Although he did say he would give me a day payment back to which I have not yet received ! The day of travel I asked for the PIN number to enter the property and was told I would receive...

'Once inside, the property is very nice. But FINDING it is impossible without careful assistance from the owner. The street address given by VRBO does not exist. The property access is off a run down alley BEHIND where the street address would be. No navigation system in the world could find this place. You have to carefully go down the parallel alley and look for the property. The owner emailed me pictures of the property from the alley which was the ONLY way to actually find it.'

'The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. The tv was not a smart tv as stated and the shower was very small , I’m glad neither of us were big people as it was tight to get between the shower and sink to use the toilet and there was no tv in the bedroom , we found on arrival a hot tub which I wish we knew about , unfortunately it was not the weather to use it. yes we would stay again despite the few little negative things . '
