'Everything was lovely and the staff were great. I had a free day and asked what I could do nearby. I ended up having a lovely morning with Audry (member of staff) who cycled with me (hotel bicycle) to a nearby archaeological site where we had a walk around. Extra thanks to Audry for talking in English and making my stay special. '

'The hotel is located 5 minutes off the main busy street, besides a river so you get that “retreat” vibe. Hotel owner was very friendly and always check up on you to make your stay comfortable. Clean room and nice lounge area to relax with coffee and tea overlooking the river and mountain is really nothing I can get better with. 'la habitación esta muy grande y tiene jacuzzi (cosa que mi hijo pequeño disfruto mucho), pero lo que realmente es de destacar es la atención que tiene la persona de recepción que no recuerdo su nombre, pero nos contacto con un guia, nos dio recomendaciones de donde comer, nos llevo a la estación donde se compran los boletos de autobus y el desayuno tambien excelente (huevos, fruta, yoghurt)'

'One of the best hotels we stayed in Peru. Room is clean, beds are comfy. Hotel staff is very helpful and very nice. They will do everything to accommodate your needs, according to your travel plans - visiting citadel or going hiking. Breakfast was good! And it is on the 7th floor terrace, so you’ll have a nice view. I would definitely recommend staying there. 150-200m from train station. '

'Room was clean, no frills and hot water goes out sometimes for a minute or so but Eddie was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was included and Eddie cooked. The man was doing it all.'
