'The staff is super friendly. They let us check in a few hours early. They have a beautiful lobby and thet are located next to the river- the sound of the running water is amazing. 'Excellent service. Greeted us at the train station. Just a short walk from the train station. It was a fair breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs. It was the level of service that made this great. We sent out our laundry twice. The washroom is a tight fit. We enjoyed the family room with 3 beds.'

'While the Location it’s amazing and the surrounding area, the fact that it is on the main strip is super the property itself lacks a lot of attention the lack of flowable running water hot water at that is very minimum you ask for help and they expect you to be OK with lukewarm water in freezing temperature. We didn’t even stay our night. We saw that our needs were not being met. We walked out and went to look for another hotel and accommodation nearby. They’re terrible. I try for four days to...

'Someone was in my room when I arrived. The hotel wanted him to go but I don't want a room that is not clean. They gave me another room but the hotel had no water at first then no hot water for the duration of my stay. The light outside the room was not working so I had to use the light of my phone. It could be a nice hotel but need bit of work.'

'The location was very convenient and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. However, they only spoke Spanish, which made communication quite difficult for international travelers who do not speak the language. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but better English communication would greatly improve the guest experience.'
