'The staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Service was exceptional. We had multiple meals at the restaurant. We communicated to the hotel one morning that we were delayed for breakfast and the team managed to take our orders in advance and serve us post-breakfast hours.
Food was good with enough variety. The team will check if we are comfortable with our orders. The same goes with the reception and spa. Special call out to Dina, Wulan and a few whom we didn't get the name. Always...

'This was the last stop on the inaugural All Blue Swim Tour, and it couldn't have gone better. Everyone was blown away by the spacious, comfortable rooms, the incredible attention to detail, the grounds and the friendliness of the staff. There is safe swimming with beautiful coral off the sandy beach and places to do yoga if you wish. We could not have had a better time and the BBQ on the beach was a special moment. THANK YOU!!!! Elke dag wordt je bed opgemaakt en het zwembad schoongemaakt. Het restaurant ligt op de heuvel, vanaf daar heb je een mooi uitzicht over de omgeving en je kan er heerlijk eten. 'Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully designed and a little oasis. Lovely charming staff. Rooms are spotless, minimalist and tasteful. We were in one of the bungalows and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The pool was great. Just big enough and a lovely design, warm, sunbeds and umbrellas around it, towels provided. Breakfast was very good and we ate in the restaurant a couple of nights and it was very tasty.

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with an overall old and neglected feel. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, and it was clear that the hotel has not been updated or properly cared for in a long time.
The service was also unsatisfactory. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, and it often felt as if guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Issues were not resolved promptly, and there was little effort to make the stay comfortable.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. For the price paid, I expected at least a clean room and decent service, but unfortunately, neither was provided."
