'I like the property because the most points of interest were in a walking distance! The thing that I don’t like it was that the property is located in a really busy and noisy street is hard to sleep!!'

'Great location. Easy check in. Had to pay extra for checking in at 9 pm. Apartment was clean but had a funky smell. Nescafé coffee maker didn’t work. On check out date in which check out time is 10 am we had someone just walk in the apartment. No knock, no notification. It was 9:40 am and we were just bringing our luggage to the door. When I let the property know they didn’t seem too concerned. They apologized and they will talk to the cleaning staff. '

'This place has lots of space, walkable to lots lof attractions, great food near by. Very clean. Our only concern was some furniture was not very good. Bed was very noisy when moving, laundry machine didn't work and when my wife sat on a chair at the table the chair broke and she fell and hit her arm. Other then that our stay was amazing we really loved this place, it had great character. '

'The apartment was nice and clean and bright, in the authentic part of Florence. (Note there are about 25 steps up to the apartment.) We loved the location with bus stops nearby, and grocery store and cafe bar directly across the street where we had morning cappuccinos and purchased our bus tickets for the day. 'This property is in a beautiful historic area surrounded by castle walls and tower and walking distance to Piazzle Michelangelo. We did not see a close store for groceries, but enjoyed the restaurant across the street. The only problem was the shower...no window covering for privacy and the water did not drain well.'

'Second time staying here and it was great. The staff was delightful and the apt was huge. One thing to note is the TV only has Italian channels which is fine but the Netflix button on the remote does not work and you cannot do screen mirroring with your IPhone. '
