'The room was spacious for 5 of us. Nice, well equipped kitchen. Room was very clean and communication was good leading up to our stay and during. We had a miscommunication with check in time, but they were very quick to get to us (5 minutes) so all was well. Neighbourhood was great, close to everything we wanted to see and a couple great restaurants and yummy gelato place. We’d love to stay here again. '

'Beautiful, large spacious, high ceilings, perfect for families and 360 views of the city. Upstairs loft with queen, bed, downstairs, queen, bed, and option to have a crib. There was also an option to fold out a double size sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen was supplied with most of the amenities you would need to cook a meal or store groceries. Washer dryer was a bonus. If you have tiny kids requiring a Bath note that this place only has a shower. 95 or so steps up to this fourth floor...

'We stayed for a couple of nights with two kids. Appreciated the attention to detail that made our stay comfortable. Great location next to the Uffizi. The apartment was roomy with plenty of space to organize luggage and spread out. Washing machine is useful if you have been traveling light.'

'This place is in a very good location and was clean. When we arrived, the man checking us in was more eager to get the tax money and a copy of our passport and then bolted out of there. He gave us no instructions whatsoever about anything in the apartment. The washing machine did not work,the microwave wasn’t working and only one burner on the stovewas operable. We also had to beg for more toilet paper as there’s really cheap tp-one roll barely lasted half a day. Really poor quality toilet...

'Exactly as the posting makes one hope for! Rachelle is such a wonderful host, showing true hospitality like "the old days". She was flexible for us to store our luggage and helped us get a taxi on our way out of town when the apps weren't working. The apartment is one of the cleanest places we've stayed. (And I'm a germaphobe!) The modern apartment was wonderful, had great water pressure, and was super quiet. GREAT for us light sleepers! The bed is extremely firm, so bear that in mind and there...
