'We had a wonderful time at Villa Ancora. From the time I booked Antonella (our host) was so engaged and friendly. She met us at the property and made sure we had everything we needed. She gave us great advice on local markets, restaurants and ideas to make the most of our vacation. We enjoyed every aspect of the beautiful property from the cozy beds to the well-appointed kitchen, the stunning view and comfortable pool area. '

'We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix...

'Gigantic property! Very cool old chateau feel with the doors, keys & furniture. Remote location in Tuscany. The check-in was a little challenging, as GPS did not bring us to the correct location, but we eventually figured it out. The owners live next door, so they were available for questions, but that means it is a shared backyard with the owners. 'What a beautiful villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tuscan countryside. All rooms were comfortable and large. We were surprised by the lack of body soap and shampoo.'
