Cheap, good location for getting around London. Literally a case of getting what you pay for - would I take someone that I was looking to impress here, no. But I took the kids and as a place to lay your head, it was fine. Plenty of food options nearby and close very close to Earls Court station

As instalações são bem antigas, mas passávamos o dia fora, só íamos ao hotel pra dormir, então nos serviu bem. Um das camas não era confortável, mas a outra era adequada. Os senhores da recepção foram atenciosos. A localização é muito boa, perto do metrô, com uma variedade de lojas, casa de câmbio, barzinhos, restaurantes, mercados. O bairro é tranquilo, seguro e acessível. Andamos da estação do metrô até o hotel com malas pesadas tranquilamente, pois as ruas são bem pavimentadas. Para Londres, valeu demais o custo-benefício!

Hotellet låg bra, nära till tunnelbana. Det va iskallt på golvet och i köksdelen och badrummet. Badrummet hade fullt med svartmögel och rutten dörrlist. I övrigt städades rummet varje dag och nya handdukar.

There was a mouse in my room. I had to cut short my three nights stay and left the second day. The staff were very kind. The owners need to contact rodent control before offering the place for business. I paid non refundable price for 3 nights. Bad experience.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend an Bus und U-Bahn angebunden, jeweils nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Auch ein großer Supermarkt ist unmittelbar um die Ecke zu erreichen. Trotzdem lag das Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, so daß wir uns hier von dem Londontrubel gut erholen konnten. Das Haus ist zwar etwas verwohnt und etwas alt, aber man sieht, daß die Eigentümer ihr Bestes geben, es sauber zu halten. Es gab einen täglichen Zimmerdienst, der Mülleimer wurde täglich geleert und die Handtücher gewechselt. Zudem hatten wir eine Spüle, einen Wasserkocher, einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer, so daß wir uns jederzeit einen Tee machen oder ein Essen aufwärmen konnten. Die Frau vom Housekeeping und der Besitzer waren ausgesprochen nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Der var ikke service eller bestik til 4 personer. Madrasser var slidte med tydelig oplevelse af fjedre. Bruser kunne ikke varmereguleres, således at man skulle tage iskoldt eller brændende brusebad. Beliggenhed i top.

Silenziosa, vicino ai servizi che ci servivano e i trasporti, avevamo in camera un piccolo frigo, il micorronde, il bollitore e un lavandino in inox da cucina, tutto è stato molto utile. La camera era misera, il comodino era di truciolato verniciato e il cassetto era stato avvitato perché rotto, ma la vite non teneva, l'unico altro posto dove avremmo poturo mettere la nostra roba era dello stesso materiale con maniglia rotta e bloccato con una vite. Quello che poteva essere un tavolo era segato alle dimensioni di una mensola, nessuna mensona, nessu armadio o ripostiglio. La stanza sembraba pulita, ma sotto letto capelli, peli, "laniccichi" erano una massa consistente. La finestra non aveva la maniglia e non poteva essere chiusa perfettamente, quindi c'erano spifferi e il riscaldamento si accendeva nel tardo pomeriggio, quindi nelle ore precedenti la camera si raffreddava molto. I tre piatti e le posate, non erano puliti e il bagno pulito, ma liso non aveva prese di corrente, la guarnizione tra il telefono della doccia e il tubo, lo so perché erano separati li ho avvitati io, e quindi perdeva, mattonelle rotte e mattonelle che si stavano staccando. La luce entrava del corridoio perché la porta aveva un cm di spazio per tutte la lunghezza e la denda della finestra era di tulle. Bisognava spersi adattare.

Casa dos anos 50 sem conforto
Quarto extremamente desconfortável e velho, cortinados rasgados, paredes sujas, chão velho e riscado, na casa de banho mal cabe uma pessoa, é minúscula e muito antiga, comando da televisão sem pilhas nem tampa, cabides horríveis feitos apenas de arame, quarto gelado, tivemos de chamar alguém para arranjar o aquecimento e depois começou a perder água e molhou o quarto, mesas de cabeceira velhas e partidas, não havia nenhum tipo de decoração no quarto, havia uma mesa mas tinha apenas uma cadeira com o assento todo rasgado, nunca tinha dormido num quarto assim tão mas tão mau, não recomendo a ninguém, e ainda nos pedem 75 libras de caução, simplesmente vergonhoso, está tudo velho e partido no quarto, a caução não deve ser pedida. Pior experiência de sempre, não arrisquem, é mesmo uma desilusão.

Thank you for your comment,I'm very sorry to say that this plat form it gave guest who think that with the little money they pay they expect to stay in the heart of London in 5 star hotel!!!.When guest book a room in a hotel spicily they look only for the prise if it is cheap they book and dream of 5 star hotel. people don't know that Double room in a 5 star hotel in this aria it cost 4/5 HUNDRED a night..We're not 5 star we're only budget hotel, however we provide very reasonable accommodation, to please majority of people specially the location we're in.If guest have a problem in the room they've booked they should talk to the person in charge, if the problem they have not been resolve than make your comment, but to stay the whole period and after check out you started talking loads of rubbish because you don't like member off staff or they did not get what they think they should have that's very bad. unfortunately nothing we can do about it because it is an open platform and everyone can say what ever they like.

Ekelhaft - disgusting
Dies war das ekelhafteste Hotel, in dem wir jemals waren. Wir wurden in ein Kellerzimmer eingebucht (Mama, 2 Teenietöchter). Wir haben günstig gebucht, aber ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit setze ich mitten in Kensington einfach voraus. Das Fenster im Keller ging nicht öffnen, die Klospülung war defekt, der Vorhang vorm Kellerfenster hing herunter, vor dem Kellerfenster war der Mitarbeiterzugang. Alles war voller Flecken, ebenso die Matratzen. Wir wurden dann in den 2. Stock „upgegraded”. Gleiches Spiel nur im 2. Stock. Klospülung schafft noch nicht mal Pipi, durch die Matratzen merkt man jede Feder, Schimmel (oder was auch immer) im Bad. Wir haben in Klamotten geschlafen, weil wir uns so geekelt haben. Einer Umbuchung wegen unzumutbarer Umstände hat man nicht zugestimmt. So haben wir eine Nacht ausgehalten und am nächsten Morgen sind wir Last Minute in ein ganz normales, sauberes Novotel (London West) umgezogen. Dort war es sauber, alles hat funktioniert - gefühlt 5 Sterne nach dieser Absteige. Wir wollten günstig buchen und haben letztlich doppelt bezahlt. Mehr als ärgerlich. Diesem Hotel sollte man die Erlaubnis entziehen und Hotels.com können wir nur empfehlen, es aus dem Portfolio zu nehmen.

I'm very sorry that the lady was unhappy.Unfortunately we can't chose which room the guest going to stay in, the system will check-in the guest in the room available. For us all our rooms are the same. Unfortunately guest look for the cheapest on the website, when they check in they started dreaming of 5 star hotels and we're not 5 star.
