Dear Reviewer, Thank you for staying with us. We are glad you like our hotel and our friendly staff. We are sorry to hear that your room was cold. We have heater in all the room and our heating system is on 24/7.Every heater in the room got individual knob to on and off . We even give extra potable heater if guest is not warm enough. It was reported to management that on last night lady next door to your room was loud and our night manager did went and requested this guest to be quiet. We are happy to know that you like our location.We have three category of rooms , one is large standard rooms which comes with full English breakfast at door 66 and Studios rooms at door 82 it called studios @82 comes with continental breakfast. In studios room we have standard studio which is again large room and compact studio which is smallest room in our B+B. Dear thanks for using B&B Belgravia for your most recent stay in London. Our staff are available to help our guest through out their stay. we are sorry that you found your stay disconcerting. We do out best for our guest like getting them umbrella if the want to go out under the rain. In the same way we would have helped you with the shower and with any other issues that you might have had if you had just brought them to our attention during your stay. we want the alarm to go off once there is any menace of fire. on that specific night you were informed that the alarm went off because a guest was drying his socks smoke detectors. We are very sorry that you have forgotten what set off the alarm. this said we would Like to say that we are thankful for your stay and even more so for your review. hope to see you again atleast for the location.

Dear Annette we are sorry that you couldn't check in before 3PM . we have informed you of this earlier because for health and safety reasons there is just a number of guest we can accomodate in a given time. We are sorry that when you came wwe could not check you in one of many reasons primarily because it wasn't check in time. However if you would like an early check in please contact us prior to arrival and we can share with you the best options at your disposal. You at b&b Belgravia we are absolutely bent on our guest receiving the best possible experience. Hence when you come next time we will make sure you enjoy your stay in the veins of the heart of London.

We are a listed victorian building on a victorian street. Which means that most of the building and the street is protected and some of the things you would need might not be readily available. We helped you from what i remember to take your luggage to your room and we also help another one of your party with theirs. WQew do our best for our guest to have only themselves to take up the stairs and when we are informed earlier we also do our best to try and get them rooms on the lower floors. we are sorry that you left before our breakfast time of 7:30 which you we were informed of the previous night and you just needed to ask for a take away breakfast and it would have been prepared. please come again and we will help give you a better experience of our facility.
