The apartment layout made it almost impossible to function. Unnecessary an unusable cabinets with doors. Open a door you hit something, open another door block access to the bathroom etc. Not enough outlets, doors are designed to slam. No service.

Misleading studio
Location is good.But studio is much smaller than advertised- it’s definitely not 400 sq ft! Closer to 200. And it’s at street level so there is noise from foot traffic walking right outside your windows. The reception service of the property should be much better- it was almost non-existent and you are pretty much left to your own devices to figure out how to access the building and your apartment. And check out time at 10 am is brutal with eviction by gruff cleaner. Pity because the location is nice.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our check in process which we have taken onboard. Flying Butler provides a self- check in service and is mentioned in our advertisement. We provide this service so our guests can have the flexibility of checking in any time. Concerning checkout, unfortunately this is our standard checkout time, however I am sorry to hear about how your exit has been handles. Once again, this is to be raised with the team and addressed internally to ensure all our guests have a pleasant checkout experience. We would love the opportunity to provide the best service possible and hope you come and stay with us again in the future!

Location Flying Success BUT Service Sad
Bloomsbury Apartments has a great location at reasonable prices. The interiors vary depending on whether you get a one bedroom or studio. The former has better furnishings and more space- the latter are disappointing and certainly not as spacious as described. Where this location loses out is in the service. Whether the highly detached and indifferent welcome ( there was not much at all and you have to hazard the complex instructions to access the building and apartment yourself - with email instructions that arrive less than 48 hours from your check in) or the gruff cleaners who make you feel like an intruder in your apartment, this is what would make me think twice about booking anything by Flying Butler again.

Regarding sending check in instructions, we send these out 24 - 48 hours prior to guest arrival in order to ensure any last minute changes that may occur does not affect our arriving guests. Zero customer service
I booked here but unfortunately ended up not staying because it did not have the full size refrigerator advertised on their site. I was given the basement to start and it was beautiful and clean and really cozy however absolutely NO PHONE SERVICE none whatsoever. Communication on the weekends is very problematic as the stage on duty are not so helpful and very rude. This experience was awful after being given an apartment with no service and no full size fridge, we were offered another apartment that was not comparable. It was nasty, extremely dirty, stained walls, carpets were disgusting it couldn’t have been more opposite to where we booked. This experience has ensured I NEVER stay at any of their properties again. Customer service is ZERO so why bother wasting your money with them? Pictures are the replacement apartment
