De accommodatie is in renovatie, hierdoor was er geen ontbijt mogelijk en hing er ook een verflucht. Voor de rest prima hotel op een leuke locatie, het personeel is ook vriendelijk. Als het zo direct klaar is een prima hotel om Londen te verkennen.

Perfect location. Short walk to two different tube stations and also beside Hyde Park. Lots of restaurants nearby. Only downside was the broken elevator. Staff were great helping with the luggage. Hotel was very clean and always smelled fresh. Would stay here again.

Small room was so small could not open our suitcases. Very different layout to what is in the pictures. Asked about changing rooms but was told we got what we paid for. Asked if we could have upgrade room like on Expedia but they were completely booked. Asked for a refund as the room was so bad, they refused our request. Would not stay here, even if it is a cheap option.

Very disappointing stay at the Byron. On the plus side, it was very clean, both in the room and the halls. Staff were helpful. However, the main reason I booked there was guests saying the beds and pillows were comfortable, which they were not. I could feel the bedsprings through the mattress, which was really hard, and the pillows were thin and hard. First night I was there, they left the window open with freezing temperatures and the heater took 3 hours for the tiny room to heat up to acceptable sleeping conditions. I not only used the thin extra blanket on the bed, but also had my heavy coat piled on top, yet still shivered most of the first night. Also, I have never been in a hotel that didn’t have phones in the room, so I would’ve had to get out of the bed, get dressed in the freezing temperatures and go back down to the front desk to get help. Other things that were not expected - no washcloths provided, and the bathroom floor was always freezing despite advertising it was heated. Later in the trip, the heater finally worked better but then would keep going despite the thermostat setting so I would wake up extremely hot. Entire trip, it was either very hot or very cold in my room. I would never stay here again.

We do have Air Condition in the each room and the controller panels are set in each rooms. Further , the AC provides maximum up to 28.5C heat in the room. And we are recommending to keep the key on the slot while you are in the room to have consistency of the electrical appliance work in the room. The good - rooms are small but very clean and have everything you need . Bed is comfortable .I have stayed here before and had a very good experience ,but , I was unlucky and was given room 008 which is right behind the lifts.... every time the lift moved I got noise like furniture being moved around and it went on until well past 11.30 pm, obviously everyone uses the lifts- and the person in the room above me was up and about at 5.45 am and decided to stomp about for an hour . Didnt get much sleep. All in all Id stay again but never in that room

Acomodação perfeita.
A experiencia foi incrível, é um hotel com ótimo atendimento. Desde a nossa chegada os funcionários foram muito gentis conosco. A localização é ótima, segura e tranquila. Bom pra passear por estar perto de estações, ao lado do hyde park, ter mercados, farmacias e restaurantes ótimos pela região. O descanso também é garantido pois apesar de tudo perto, a noite é tranquila, com a rua bem silenciosa e calma. O quanto era maior do que eu imaginava. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar no Byron quando voltar a Londres.

The Byron Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were adequately sized for what we needed. It was just my husband and I on this trip and we really only used our room for bathing and sleeping. You don’t need much space for that, so we were perfectly happy with the size of the room. The location was outstanding, being a 1 minute walk into Hyde Park. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around, and it’s a 12 minute walk to Paddington Station. What I also loved about this property is that, although it’s close to Hyde Park, it's on a quiet section of the street. You therefore get a good nights rest. The beds are also quite comfortable, and I’m pretty picky with my pillows. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning to the Byron.

The hotel completely disrespects VIP Access. The rooms are old and small, with even smaller bathrooms. The pillows have wrinkles and are not clean, and there are numerous stains on the bed sheets—extremely unsanitary. The soundproofing is inadequate, and there are no basic amenities like a toothbrush. The quality does not match the price at all.

London Break
Great little boutique hotel in an ideal location just 10 minutes walk from the tube station. Service was all very pleasant and accommodating. Room was on the small size but was modern and cosy, with everything we needed. Very modern bathroom with a fantastic shower. Perfect hotel for a short break and would definitely stay again.

Godt hotel, der opfylder kravene til et simpelt og rent værelse. Virkelig venlig og imødekommende betjening. Beliggenhed med 5 minutters gang til undergrund og spisesteder. Morgenmad lidt kedelig. Et sikkert og trygt kvarter.

I would highly recommend putting some wall hooks in each room. We didn‘t have the oppurtunity to hang towels or jackets. A telephone would also be handy. Other than these points, everything was fine.

The worse hotel in my live
The hotel has terrible conditions. The common area was dirty as well as our room and bathroom. We were in the hotel on July, and was impossible to sleep due to temperature. The air conditioner was not working properly, probably close to 30°C in the room. Due to hotel location take the windows open was not a feasible option. Probably the worse hotel in all my life. It is not in the same level as the others b&b hotels.

The hotel was fine, the room we had was clean and comfortable. I have gotten better value for money at a hotel for $50 more a night in London. The area seems a bit run down; which we were surprised by since Inverness street is much nicer. Check in was cold and not friendly. No feeling of hospitality in many avenues. So the initial impress was lasting.

Super clean. The room looked exactly like the pictures. I appreciated that the bathroom actually had a shower door. I felt safe in the area and it’s near a bunch of restaurants and shops and a tube station. I’d stay here again.

Schönes, kleines Hotel nahe Kensington Gardens/ Hyde Park. Zimmer klein, aber fein, relativ großes Bad. Alles wie neu und sauber. Das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück für Londoner Verhältnisse absolut in Ordnung, genügend Auswahl für den Start in den Tag. Leider aber jeden Tag wirklich exakt dasselbe, Manko war leider der Kaffee und die geringe Teeauswahl - aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber um die Ecke genügend Auswahl an Restaurants, Bars und Supermarkt! 2 Metrostationen in der Nähe, ebenso Bus. Waren schon oft in London, dieses Hotel hat uns tatsächlich am besten gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal hier buchen!
