The rooms are amazing, very modern and stylish. The beds are very comfortable. The noise level is pretty quiet however you can still hear sirens if theyre passing. The blackout feature is very good also, not much light creeps through. Only let down was that i needed to get staff to change pad charger as it was faulty which meant i had no access to any room features, but they did so quickly once i reported. Thr shower tended to drip throughout the night also. However Cialio was amazing and made us feel very welcome on arrival. If it wasnt for these small issues it would've been a 5/5

Love the techy quality of this hotel. Lots of fun gadgets like the in room Contol tablet that let's you change the color of your bathroom unit. I chose turquoise. You can also control the curtains, blinds, lights and tv with your tablet. The room was very clean. A bit on the small side, but that's pretty standard in the UK. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are a few downsides. The shower water temp is only 40°C. Which was kind of lukewarm for me. Also, they dont have a lot of food to order for an evening meal. I wanted dim sum one evening and they were out of it. The breakfasts, however, are terrific with lots of variety. I especially enjoyed the croisants, eggs, ham and bacon. Lots of variety to choose from. So overall, I hihly reccp

Very unique hotel compared to other traditional chains I’ve stayed in. Very clean with great room amenities and the staff was fantastic. Only downside is the rooms are very small and so with more than 1 person it makes the quarters kind of tight, especially if you were to have more than one suitcase, but the bed is very comfortable.

Loved staying here. The staff was supper friendly and the room was awesome. It was jam packed with cool features. We had a lay over in London for 22hrs and this really started off our honeymoon on a strong note. I strongly suggest this spot, we had to be up at 4 am and the way that the room wakes you up, is perfect for someone that has an early flight to catch, you have to experience it.

I loved the high tech! I could control the blinds, lighting and cleaning service at the touch of a button. The hotel was situated near restaurants, eateries and lots of shops, including Zara. Victoria station is just around the corner! The only down side was the constant air flow around the room, which couldn’t be turned off, making it cold.

I stay for 6 nights there and the second days I told staffs to get someone to clean up my room and no one show up and clean my room. I have to came down to talk to same staffs again then they cleaned up after 3 days I staying there. They have to pay attention to customers more than this.

Very nice staff, 24 hour bar and food service. Great location close to lots of shopping and walking distance to Buckingham Palace. Modern rooms with lights and air controlled by an iPad. Nice selection of items for breakfast.

Kind of artsy and high tech. Using an iPad to control the room functions took some getting used to, but it worked.

Really cute hotel, lovely modern design. Rooms are compact but very well designed. Shower is great, bed large and super comfortable. I didn’t want to leave them both! Large bar and lounge area with lots of comfy seating and little nooks. Staff were exceptional. Very helpful and welcoming. Nice breakfast area although I didn’t try that. Great atmosphere. Would definitely stay at a CitizenM again. This is a great location for getting around London. Victoria train and underground station is just around the corner.

I really liked the concierge employees. They made such a great impression on our first day of the London trip. The hotel is in a walking distance from almost every major landmark and there's underground right in front of the hotel if it gets too rainy or windy to walk back. So clean and we had such an amazing Westminster church view from our room so that was another plus. If I am going back to London, I am going back to this hotel!

Bella struttura situata in un punto strategico della città , pochi minuti a piedi da Victoria Station e dalle fermate della metro . Check in e check out da effettuare con l'ausilio dei tablet posti all'ingresso della struttura . Camere di dimensioni ridotte , ma credo sia una costante nel centro di londra . Credo che la nostra fosse intorno ai 12 mq , letto king size ,un lato posto accanto alla finestra , lavandino a vista all'ingresso della stanza con di fronte wc e doccia ricavati con una parete in vetro satinato. Arredamento nuovissimo . Stanza dotata di tablet con cui si potevano comandare luci,tapparelle e tutti i servizi necessari. Veramente poco lo spazio a disposizione , ma per soggiorni brevi 2/3 gg, ideale sopratutto per la posizione.

Really couldn't fault it! Staff were super welcoming & service-minded. Location was super ideal, especially travelling from Gatwick Airport so could just jump on the train and the hotel is only a few mins walk from the station. Plenty of shops, cafes, pubs, bars, restaurants etc. around the hotel. Also really easy to walk to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben etc. We actually walked around London a lot this time, rather than using the tube/metro, as we had on previous visits. The rooms are comfortable - some might think small, but it was actually bigger than I expected after reading reviews. Very cool with iPad controlling the room and smart use of space with storage & safe under the bed. Also, wanted to give a special thanks to Miguel who helped out our friend. He accidentally booked the wrong Citizen M hotel in London but he and his manager (Can't remember his name unfortunately) really helped him and it was no problem to switch hotels, so he could stay in the same hotel as us. An extra special touch with the complimentary drinks voucher - was a very nice surprise! And made his bad day go to the best day! It was my first time staying with Citizen M but it certainly won't be the last! I will definitely come back and recommend the hotel & location to friends & family.
