Hi BarbaraYour review is actually quite amusing, so thank you for giving us a smile today. So where to begin with your comments?Well first, your issue started because you thought you had booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Why? We have no idea... it states a Studio on your booking confirmation. However even though the fault was entirely your own, we offered to refund you in full so you could find alternative accommodation. You chose not to, and then went on to complain about noise. So let's remind you about where you chose to stay in London. You booked a hotel in Leicester Square, most people we do not have to educate on the areas as famous as this, but here we are! Leicester square is loud, busy but great fun. It is full of people and people make noise. But just to add to that excitement you booked a stay in Leicester Square during the world cup. Let us assure you that no soundproofing will ever be enough to block out football fans. Its shame you focused on all the negatives and didn't try to enjoy it too.

Thank you for your comments. We are glad you enjoyed our central location. We have addressed the issues with the beds and have now replaced these. The downstairs restaurant has also replaced the filters and ducts so this shouldn't be an issue moving forward but thank you for bringing this to our attention.
