Goede buurt , alles is centraal. Hotel ziet er van buiten mooi uit, maar de kamers zijn ouderwets. Ontbijt is ook niet gevarieerd. Personeel is vriendelijk. Kamers zijn wel schoon.

The hotel is okay, the rooms and interior needs a big update. Same goes for the bathroom and doors. The airco unit was really dusty. Not been cleaned in a while. The vent system behind the airco made a lot of noise when the airco wasn't on. (No wind noise)

Heeft wat onderhoud nodig raamkozijn gordijn ( erg smoezelig) ik moest vaak naar de receptie omdat de deur weer weigerde open te gaat van de kamer. Ontbijt mag wel wat meer gevarieerd zijn voor dat geld . De airco was perfect op de kamer. Het eten is goed en smakelijk. In de lobby is goed toeven

Mooi hotel, prima ligging om Londen te bezoeken. 100 meter van bus/metrostation. Ruime kamer. Prima ontbijt. Behulpzame staf. Bar aanwezig in de lobby. Enig minpunt is de trage/slechte wifi.

This hotel does not match the photos. Linens were dirty, carpet was stained and dirty. It was horribly outdated and it almost looked, smelled as if it had flooded as the wood was damaged through our whole floor and the carpet had terrible staining.

The Corus Hotel Hyde Park staff, especially manager Dante Domingo, were very helpful and professional. I had nice interactions with everyone working there at the lobby and restaurant. The location is stellar right on Hyde Park, easy to walk to the underground at Lancaster Gate and Paddington Station. Good restaurants around.

El wifi es bastante malo y mi mujer se puso enferma y no tenian ni un termómetro.Las habitaciones son bastante mejorables y el aire acondicionado hace un ruido terrible.La limpieza es correcta.

The hotel is nice and well located. It's the third time I've stayed at the hotel. I had a nice room before but my room this time was a disgrace for a 4 star hotel!

I liked the atmosphare during the breakfast . Personal had been polite . My granddauther liked doing her everyday run in the Hydepark next to the hotel. we will come again next easter.

Booked this hotel because they advertised they had air conditioning the first 3 nights I was there my air conditioning was not working only the heat and they kept saying they would fix it or look into it and never did until I finally requested to be switched to a new room. Definitely would not stay here again.

Chambre très bruyante avec vue imprenable sur les climatisateurs de l’hôtel , les poubelles et les bennes à verre , avec le bruit qui va avec , les fenêtres sont du simple vitrage . Lors du nettoyage entre la première et la deuxième nuit , nous nous sommes fait dérobés des objets personnels par les femmes de chambres ( un bracelet et un paquet de cigarettes) . Nous avions décidé de régler les chambres sur place et ils n’acceptent pas le cash

Hyde Park was a wonderful location to stay. We walked the city everyday, but the Lancaster Gate station was 5 mins from hotel if we needed. Easy to get to from Heathrow via the new Elizabeth Line and a transfer to the Central Line. Room was not fancy and lacked maintenance, but was comfortable and cleaned daily. The lobby is beautiful and breakfast in the conservetory was a lovely view. The breakfast itself was not so wonderful. The eggs were unedible and the selections beyond the full English were slim. We tried the full english once and that was enough. Extremely bland.

This hotel was very lovely. The room was small but had everything you need and nothing you didn't. A very efficient use of space. The only drawback was the temperature control. It didn't seem to work properly and the room was quite stuffy. The staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, the food was prepared well and arrived quickly.

It was nice and clean and had what we needed, a little bit more basic than expected. The room was quite small but we only stayed one night so was fine for us. The man on the reception desk could have been a bit friendlier and also mentioned what time and where breakfast was the next morning, as there were no paperwork in the room to explain this either. Very convenient and great location though.

So close to the tube station, staff friendly. Our room was business room & was very small, nowhere to put clothes or suitcase. The sliding mirror on wardrobe wasnt even attached & as i have a disability on my hand it was difficult to acess the few hangers or tea/coffee facilities & safe. The hotel room doors wrte very dilapidated on the outsides & could do with new & carpets in hallways very old
