Whilst our Queen guest rooms are our entry level rooms, we do have other categories such as King Deluxe which you may find more comfortable for your stay. If you are returning to London, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly so that we can arrange a complimentary upgrade.With regards to the water, there is a small safety button which can be switched off to increase the temperature as needed.Warmest wishes,
