Leuk hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Enige punt is de vloerbedekking in de hal en je kamer. Ziet er erg vies uit. Als ik het van te voren wist had ik niet dit hotel genomen. Verder was alles prima in orde.

Heerlijk hotel met gunstige ligging
Super leuk hotel met een geweldige ligging. Ideaal gelegen met underground om de hoek en bushalte. Tegenover Kensington Gardens. Goed ontbijt en hotel heeft een knusse gezellige bar en ontbijtruimte is ook gezellig en niet massaal. Leuk terras waar je buiten kunt zitten en uitkijkt over Kensington Gardens. Leuk gelegen restaurantjes in de buurt van hotel. Kortom zeer fijn hotel met uitstekende ligging.

We had booked a family room. Upon our arrival, we noticed a strong sewer odour in the bathroom. The staff offered us two rooms instead. Our family room was a long and a double sofa bed. The rooms they provided us were two doubles. Had a terrible sleep! The staff was helpful in providing luggage storage for us, but I was disappointed that we weren’t provided better beds. I feel we were down graded.

We had a family room and it had no window. We were in the basement and a fake window was installed to make it look like we had one but it was stuffy and very weird not being able to see outside at all. We only stayed 2 nights. Had it been a longer stay I would have requested a new room.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The underground was a 3 second walk from the entrance of hotel which was great. Location was very quiet so was guaranteed a peaceful night, and opposite Hyde park. The hotel restaurant was lovely but menu very basic could do with more variety. Unfortunately the hotel bar was closed the evening we stayed so can’t say anything regarding that. The room we stayed in was very basic and very expensive for what it was. We didn’t attend breakfast in the restaurant but had breakfast in our room which was lovely but a little on the cold side. All in all the hotel location was perfect for what we needed, bed very uncomfortable. We unfortunately would not stay here again.

I loved returning to the Hilton Hyde Park and though my phone and debit card were stolen around the corner on my first full-day in London, the staff at the hotel were more helpful than they had any right to be. They were so generous with their time (and their personal phones!) and made a horrible situation bearable. I cannot wait to return.

Despite of TV Set the room has not been refurbished since 35 Years or so. Floors maybe 50 yrs ...Old dirty two single glaze windows to high street. Lousy selection on food quality for breakfast - only the female servants were friendy and caring... up to standard.

The carpet was stained. The area under the bed had clearly not been vacuumed. We had two cockroaches in the toom. I told the front desk at checkout and messaged the hotel on the Expedia app but did not get any attempt at service recovery. Save your $450 and spend it elsewhere.

Achtung Familienzimmer sind im Untergeschoss und damit ohne Tageslicht. Zudem sind nahezu permanent die Geräusche der U-Bahn mehr als deutlich zu hören. Für diesen Preis ist das inakzeptabel. Genauso, wie der Umstand, dass dies weder aus der Beschreibung noch aus den Bildern des Hotels hervorgeht.
