Prima hotel, ontbijt erg prijzig als je het niet van tevoren hebt geboekt. Loopafstand van Tower Bridge en Tower of London. 7 minuten lopen vanaf metro station Tower Hill.

Erg mooi en fijn hotel. Ruime, schone kamer en in goede staat. Vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad en gym fijne toevoeging. Londen Tower bridge om de hoek. Het centrum zelf is wel wat verder, maar goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer of goede wandeling.

Dit was ooit een mooi 4 sterren hotel. Staf , faciliteiten en restaurant zijn OK maar de kamers zijn op het randje van acceptabel. Nadat we de keycards kregen bezochten we de kamer. Helaas mankeerde het nodige, vlekken op het tapijt, brandplekken op het bureau, schaamhaar op de bedden, vette vingers op de ramen. Niet echt een frisse kamer. Dus bij de receptie gevraagd om een vervangende kamer. Na de verhuizing, ook hier weer de nodige mankementen. Wederom vlekken op vloerbedekking, een scheur in het bedlaken en de badkraan die niet meer van temperatuur kan veranderen om alles vastgekalkt is. Ook de douchekraan werkt maar deels. Hoog tijd voor een renovatie van de kamers, dit is zo geen 4 sterren waard! Ontbijtbuffet is prima. De inrichting is wat onpersoonlijk, de staf is attent en behulpzaam, maar uiteindelijk boek je een kamer, en die valt zwaar tegen!

The hotel was clean and safe. The front desk attendant did not consider our VIP membership with Expedia. Front desk attendants gave us conflicting information. The spa booking desk was very unorganized and unprofessional. We spend over $400 at the spa for them to book our brunch at the wrong time and not provide any information essential for the treatments. The front desk at the spa also lost our room key.

We had a lovely visit to London. We appreciated the friendly Leonardo Royal staff who were courteous and always willing to assist. The breakfast each morning was fresh, plentiful and offered a variety of hot and cold options. Our room was spacious and well appointed. We appreciated our welcome gift! The Leo restaurant offered delicious meals and drinks. We will definitely plan to be back to the Leo Royal when we visit London again

The hotel was just a six minute walk from the tower of London. The employees were extremely nice at any time. And we like the food and drinks as well. Even though the hotel is located in the city, it was very quiet. The only thing that we didn’t like, we couldn’t open a window to get some fresh air. But there is air condition.
